with Dylan Doyle
The FALCON & The FALCON UNDERGROUND
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
Based in the Hudson Valley, rising star Dylan Doyle has been performing nationally, as well as internationally. Southern bred, northern raised, his trio’s style of music lies somewhere between roots rock and jam funk. It’s a uniquely American sound Doyle calls “a big melting pot.”

http://www.dylandoyleband.com/

Dylan's album, DYLAN DOYLE : LIVE AT THE FALCON (2017), places him, happily, in the venue and in front of the audience that has supported his work since his early teens.

After sharing the stage with the young musician in Memphis, Ben Cauley, sole survivor of the Otis Redding plane crash and co-founder of the Bar-Kays likened Dylan to a young Jimi Hendrix.

When asked about the wave of young talent rising from the Hudson Valley, Van Morrison guitarist John Platania commented “Dylan Doyle is the future.”

Bill Payne of Little Feat described Dylan’s work as “imaginative and original.”

LA has performed with the legendary Intruders as well as on many "Motown Review" assignments. He is currently the bass/ baritone singer and co-founder of "Tradition", a wonderful "classic soul" cover singing group.

Damn the Torpedoes: A Tribute to Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers
Covers. Tom Petty cover band
Paramount Hudson Valley Theater
1008 Brown St.
Peekskill, NY   See Map
Over the years Damn The Torpedoes—the most accurate Tom Petty tribute group—has evolved with a deeper understanding of the Tom Petty catalog and more committed members. The group consists of founder and Tom Petty impersonator Rich Kubicz, lead guitarist Jimi Alan, pianist/keyboards and backing vocals Gary Castelluccio, bassist Jon Provan, and drummer/percussionist Ross Kantor.

The goal was to play all of the studio hits, some of the live versions and a few deep cuts to create the illusion of a Tom Petty concert performance. This meant that each band member would need to find the same sounds as on the records and play their parts note for note. And they do just that!

Slam Allen perfected his already refined entertainer persona in James Cotton's Blues Band, with which he toured for nine years, first as rhythm guitarist, then as lead guitarist and eventually bandleader. Slam has an uncanny ability to hook an audience, a good-time vibe, ever smiling, upbeat and energetic.

A seasoned and internationally recognized touring veteran, Slam Allen is more than a singer, songwriter, and guitar player. He has connected with his audiences like the entertainers of a bygone era - Otis Redding, B.B., Albert, and Freddie King, with some Wilson Picket, James Brown, Sly Stone and a little George Benson and Jimi Hendrix thrown in to the experience. Slam is forging his legacy in the world of blues and soul. With seven original albums under his belt, he brings back what the music world needs - the love and uplifting honesty that makes for a powerful and entertaining experience.
