Three horn arrangements of original tunes as well as other jazz favorites performed by some of New York’s top musicians in an intimate, friendly setting. Food’s great, too!
STAYIN’ ALIVE offers to their audiences the songs and sights of a full Bee Gees playlist, singing blockbusters such as “Night Fever,” “Jive Talkin’,” “How Deep Is Your Love,” “You Should Be Dancing,” “Nights on Broadway” and “Stayin’ Alive.” In addition, they perform softer poetic ballads such as “I Started a Joke,” “Massachusetts,” “Fanny Be Tender,” “Words” and “To Love Somebody” among other great hits.

The 14th Annual Catoberfest will take place on Sunday, Oct 4, 2026, at the Hudson Valley Brewery (7 E Main St, Beacon, NY 12508) from 2pm to 6pm. Come enjoy the fall feline celebration of food, refreshments, music, and kid friendly events to help support Mid Hudson Animal Aid (MHAA), a no-kill, free-range cat sanctuary in Beacon, NY. Beverages and food will be available for purchase at the event with a portion of the sales being donated to MHAA.

Shari Ulrich, originally from the San Francisco Bay area, began her career in music in Canada in the early 70’s. She went on to be Canadian award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (violin, mandolin, piano, guitar, dulcimer) touring and recording for over five decades. From the legendary Pied Pumkin to The Hometown Band (“Fear of Flying”), and as a solo artist, she has released 25 albums - including with Bill Henderson and Roy Forbes (UHF), Barney Bentall and Tom Taylor (BTU), and The High Bar Gang, (a 7-piece bluegrass band with Barney Bentall.) Her work has garnered several JUNO awards & nominations, (the Canadian Grammys) an induction into the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame, and a Canadian Folk Music Award (CFMA) for Songwriter of the Year. She tours solo, with BTU, The High Bar Gang, The Luckies (with Jeanne Tolmie & Hilary Grist), and, on occasion, a shared bill with The Unfaithful Servants.

The Poughkeepsie Jazz Project was created in 2012 with the goal of maintaining live jazz culture and community in Poughkeepsie, NY. Since its inception, The PKJP has presented a weekly jazz jam session accessible to all musicians and fans of live music. Over the past twelve years, the jam has been honored to host hundreds of musicians from the Tri-state area. This event is free to both participants and listeners. All with a passion for jazz are welcome.

Slide Attack is a unique two trombone driven jazz quintet led by Howard Levy. Inspired by the group formerly led by J.J. Johnson and Kai Winding (Jai & Kai), Slide Attack continues in the tradition, right where Jai and Kai left off!
The Twisters are touching down at Lucky Dog! “Tennessee Twisters” is alive, growing and ready to bring the show to you! Amelia White and Linda McRae make up this multi instrumental (banjo, guitar, high strung guitar, harmonica) duo featuring authentic songs both light and dark with lots of harmonies. Stories of working in the music trenches, tales of underdogs, and epiphanies blend w/ wry humor, and some pure sweetness.
