Field + Supply is a modern interpretation of a traditional arts and crafts fair, & will be held at the Hutton Brickyards on October 6th, 7th and 8th in Kingston, NY. Located directly on the banks of the Hudson River and in the center of the rapidly transforming Hudson Valley, the reimagined Hutton Brickyards, with its bucolic grounds, industrial infrastructure, and rich history, is poised to become a top boutique cultural and entertainment venue. Hutton Brickyards is a symbol of New York’s industrial prowess as the area’s leading brickmaker for over 100 years.
The Saints of Swing features Peter Tomlinson-piano; David Winograd-upright bass/tuba; Dale DeMarco-saxes/clarinet/flute/vocals; Ken Foy-trombone/vocals; Larry Balestra-drums; and the phenomenal vocalist MISS RENE BAILEY.
Join us at 12 Grapes for Oktoberfest, with live music on the street, featuring authentic German music with the Schnitzengiggles Brass Band (2:30 to 5pm) and Melina & the Oompahs (5 - 8:00)! 
Keith Newman performs acoustic songs by the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead, Neil Young, John Lennon, The Eagles, Paul Simon, Cat Stevens, Pink Floyd and more. 
Tompkins Corners will present “Honorando Los Laboradores” a concert with traditional music groups from Ecuador, Nicaragua, Mexico, and more... representing the rich cultures of the Latinos who work in Putnam County.
The musical groups singing and performing on October 8th include:
Juan Basilio Sanchez, music from Nicaragua, coming to us from Hudson, New York;
Cesar Vele and his group, Sentimiento, performing a range of popular Ecuadorian music who come to us from Peekskill;
Miguel Angel and his son Cosobi performing Mexican music from Oaxaca, coming to us from Stamford, Connecticut.
Called "one of America’s finest young baritones" by New York Newsday, Thomas Meglioranza will be returning to the Howland Chamber Music Circle series to perform Schubert's Die schöne Müllerin cycle. He is a winner of the 2005 Walter W. Naumburg Competition, the Franz Schubert/Modern Music Competition in Graz and many others. To quote the New York Times: "Sublime is the first word that comes to mind". 
A musical all-star evening for elective environmental activists Nancy Vann and Vanessa Agudelo, with musicians Lisa Gutkin, Fred Gillen Jr and Gabriel Mayers. 
12 Grapes Kids Open Mic is a showcase for talented musicians and singers ages 6 - 17. It's one of the longest running Open Mics for young people in Westchester.
Legendary guitarist Buddy Guy is coming to the Paramount Theater!
At age 80, Buddy Guy is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee; a major influence on rock titans like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and Stevie Ray Vaughan; and a pioneer of Chicago’s fabled West Side sound. He has received seven Grammy Awards, a 2015 Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award, 37 Blues Music Awards (the most any artist has received), the Billboard Magazine Century Award for distinguished artistic achievement, and the Presidential National Medal of Arts. Rolling Stone Magazine ranked him #23 in its “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time!”

FCR plays many types of events from local bars, car shows, breweries, public events, private birthdays & parties from Pennsylvania to Connecticut.

Flugelhornist Dmitri Matheny, Winner of “Northwest Instrumentalist of the Year” honors in this year’s Seattle Golden Ear Awards, is on a 100-city tour of the United States, showcasing selections from his latest album Jazz Noir, a fresh spin on crime jazz, film noir movie themes and timeless classics. 
The Hudson Valley Folk Guild's Friends of Fiddler's Green Chapter will be presenting Greg Greenway, in concert, on Friday evening, October 13th, 8pm. The concert will be held at the

Greg Greenway is one of those artists so rich in talent that it is difficult to categorize him. Originally from Richmond, VA, Greg moved to Boston for its rich folk music tradition and has become one of its most unique and superlative emissaries. He has been described as “one of the strongest, and finest voices in folk music” by the Boston Globe. Musically, his guitar, piano, and ukulele reflect inspiration from all over the map–gospel, rock, blues, Jazz, and world music. But his center is in the singer/songwriter tradition that traces its roots all the way back to Woody Guthrie.
Come out for an evening of acoustic music from the 60s to present.
CC is Christine Cherry, an amazing vocalist backed by a fun, rowdy and Country-infused Blues Rock band. Get ready for some guitar-pickin' double-bass-pluckin', harmonica-blowin', foot-stompin' fun!

One of the most dynamic and iconic live performers in folk music, six-time Grammy nominee John McCutcheon's four-decade career has taken him around the world. John blends stunning instrumental skills, incisive songwriting, and subtle seductive storytelling.
Break the Bright Red Chains will be featured and open mic performances will be available to all. Cost of admission for this event is $6 ($5 for Folk Guild members and seniors). Open mic sign-up at 7 p.m. Break the Bright Red Chains is an exciting new duo comprised of Hudson Valley folk music stalwarts, Diane Diachishin and Rich Newman. Diachishin has a special affinity for Scottish folk tunes. In the 1990s she crafted a successful debut folk album, Now is the Time for a Song. After a hiatus to teach and raise her kids, she has returned to the stage, to the delight of her audiences. Rich Newman is a journeyman on the Hudson Valley open mic circuit whose songs include memorable musings on love, loss and longevity, all of which were, as he puts it, "carefully extracted from the lint filter of my heart." Together as Break the Bright Red Chains, Diachishin and Newman perform their original songs, traditional tunes, classic country hits, contemporary folk and Americana, and parodies.

12 Grapes & Class Action present an evening of music, food and drink to benefit Justin Veatch Fund Scholarships. The Fund has awarded music scholarships to 29 graduating area high school seniors since 2009 and will award at least six more in June, 2018.
