Peekskill, NY   See Map
Mike is one of our favorite new performers and we're proud to present Mike in his 12 Grapes residency the 4th Thursday every month. Mike has been making new and immediate fans every time he's here.

Mike Milazzo is an accomplished singer/songwriter and guitarist who blends rock, folk, country, and blues into a distinctive Americana sound. His most recent CD, "Love Is A Cage" features an eclectic mix of songs, honed by hundreds of live performances and showcasing Milazzo's years of performing. Reflective of his time spent in NYC, the CD has come from broken relationships, interactions gone wrong, and stories of lost love affairs of the past.

"During his set he will cover big name acts from Muddy Waters to Johnny Cash ... We think of Elvis Costello at times" - William Glenn

Mike has performed as an opening act for Donovan, Richie Havens, and Levon Helm. Mike can captivate his audience from the first note and have you smiling, laughing and dancing!

Peekskill, NY   See Map
The Lords of Liechtenstein is a New York City-based folk music duo, Noah (ukulele/vocals) and Dan (guitar/mandola/vocals) Rauchwerk, who have wowed audiences all over the East Coast with their tight harmonies, thought-provoking lyrics, and baffling affinity for argyle sweater vests. Mark Miller of Urban H2O says "They are like the Everly Brothers with an attitude." THE LEVINS offer harmony-driven acoustic music that is warm and uplifting without skating over the complexities of life. Guitar, piano and voices provide a full sound with unexpected harmonies and unique arrangements. Their just released CD, Trust , was #9 on the Folk DJ airplay list for February. Ira & Julia were Emerging Artists at the 2014 Falcon Ridge F/F and selected for the So Florida F/F singer/songwriter Competition.

"The Levins speak to our better selves with their crystalline harmonies and uplifting lyrics." - John Platt, WFUV-FM

Funk steady groove with a touch of Blues

Funk, Jazz, and Blues. Soul, R&B
12 Grapes Music & Wine Bar
12 North Division Street
Peekskill, NY   See Map
Adam Falcon is a master guitarist and songwriter. And one of the most humble people we ever met. Adam once blogged, "Wrote a couple of songs that guitarist George Benson happened to cover." His music is "intimate and soulful". He'll have you riveted to your seat, while at the same time you won't stop moving to the groove.

Adam started recording at 16 and was one of NYC's most sought after session/touring guitarists. He worked with Will Downing, Sophie B. Hawkins, Roberta Flack, and the aforementioned George Benson, for whom he wrote "In Search Of A Dream" from the Grammy nominated album "In Your Eyes", also performing on the album.

"Falcon's adventurous mix of Soul, R&B and Funky Jazz is giving audiences and critics something to talk about." - Urban Network.

Adam will be performing tonight with Tony Tino on bass and Ray Levier on drums. Do not miss this show!

"eclectically haunting"
with Bobtown
Americana, Bluegrass, and Gospel. Radically Roots
Empire State Railway Museum
70 Lower High State
Phoenicia, NY   See Map
That's a quote from New York Music Daily which also raves about Bobtown's "otherworldly, gorgeous four-part vocal harmonies" . Americana UK adds this nuance "If you're looking for acoustic, Gothic-folk-Americana kissed with gorgeous harmonies then look no further."

Bobtown's has been described as “mixing elements of country gospel, bluegrass, and field hollers with an often macabre Nashville gothic tinge” (Lucid Culture) or “a kind of pan-American collage in which the wailing of tent revivals is sometimes overlaid with urban rhythms and occasionally surreal lyrics” (Butch Kara at KZGM FM).

John Platt, of WFUV Radio states that Bobtown is "...poised to enter the top tier of Americana groups.” With 4 compelling songwriters, 4 distinctive vocalists (3 of whom are women) and a wide array of instruments in play, Bobtown's sound eludes musical cliches.

The concert will be inside the intimate acoustically exquisite old Phoenicia Railway Station with seating for 50 only

with Vance Gilbert, Annika Silipote
Folk/Traditional, Contemporary, and Pop/Soft Rock
Acoustic Cafe Music Series
25 Fremont Ave
Park Ridge, NJ   See Map
The Acoustic Café is thrilled to welcome Vance Gilbert for the first time in Park Ridge! Special guest 17 year old singer/songwriter Annika Scilipote will open the show.

Vance Gilbert burst onto the singer/songwriter scene in the early 90's when the buzz spread through the folk clubs of the Northeast about an ex-multicultural arts teacher who was knocking them dead at open mics. Word got out about this Philadelphia-area born and raised performer, and Shawn Colvin invited Gilbert to be a special guest on her 1992 Fat City tour. Gilbert took audiences across North America by storm. "With the voice of an angel, the wit of a devil, and the guitar playing of a god, it was enough to earn him that rarity: an encore for an opener", wrote the Fort Worth Star-Telegram in its review of a show from that tour. “Among the quintessential musical poets.“ - Dirty Linen – OLM Academy, 25 Fremont Ave, Park Ridge NJ (right over the Pearl River, NY border) $18 advance$21 door 201-573-071
