The First Lutheran Church hosts a delightful monthly concert the first Wednesday. I am the feature this month, and my set will be about 45 minutes.
I will play some acoustic slide instrumental guitar, and other fingerstyle guitar pieces, i.e. playing with one's fingers rather than a pick. There will also be a few humor songs, and two Celtic style finger picking songs with a guest vocalist. I have been to a number of the Lunch 'N Listen shows, and I am happy to be invited to play this time. It is always a fun way to spend a Wednesday afternoon.The First Lutheran Church is on the corner of Catherine and Mill Streets in Poughkeepsie.
