As you may know they produced Oh Brother Where Art Thou and brought a lot of attention to Bluegrass music. This new movie is inspired by a book based on "the mayor of McDougal street" Dave Van Ronk . He was the renowned folk blues icon that helped spawn folk artists including Bob Dylan in Greenwich Village in the early 60's. Well, I'm getting a head start on all this and bringing back some tunes that have been sleeping in my guitar for a while. I'll be waking these up Saturday night May 19th 6:30 PM at the Wild Hive Caf'e ,Clinton Corners , NY .Helping me out will be my old pal John "JP" Potter on guitar and vocals. We will be playing a great mix of Americana, blues, folk, pop & original tunes. Maybe some special guests too. See you there-Bob

Annette A. Aguilar (multi-percussionist, Band leader recording artist, producer and educator.) was born in San Francisco into a family from Nicaragua. 
Hummingbird is a band from Connecticut's Northwest Corner, playing an eclectic blend of blues, jazz, country, originals, native chants, healing sounds, and experimental compositions. Band members are vocalist Bobbi Soares, guitarist Jim Stasiak, drummer Bruce osborne, and bassist Andy Hicks.

For over two decades, Internationally Acclaimed Classical/ Rock Violinist Daisy Jopling has been wowing audiences and transforming the music palates of people of all ages with her high energy fusion of classical music with world music and rock. Last year, her concert at the Paramount Center for the Arts in Peekskill received a full house standing ovation.
May 19, 2012 at 8pm, Daisy Jopling returns to Peekskill Paramount Center for the Arts to perform with her band. Jopling will perform music from her new CD – the first ever recorded album of the Daisy Jopling Band. Daisy will also share the stage with many of Hudson Valley’s extraordinarily talented emerging stars from her highly praised concert at the Paramount in March 2011 as well as some surprise guests.
