I love music and I have been playing for a long time, since I was 15 years old. I am a self taught musician. I have been writing and performing my original music from the beginning of my career. I find myself these days especially, focusing on the lyrical content of my songs. I have been influenced by such artists as Joni Mitchell, Patty Griffin, Simon and Garfunkel, Donovan, David Gray, and Glen Phillips of Toad the Wet Sproket. I have always felt a connection to the folk scene and have created my songs to blend in with this genre of music.

"Singer-songwriter, Jane Fallon, is a veteran performer whose smooth, rich voice and well-written songs get noticed. With vocals that have been called “angelic” and “mesmerizing”, by Boston's Metronome magazine, her original songs “combine humor, intelligence, and deep musicality with an artfulness that is unusual.” (Wildy's Word Music blog). Her newest CD “Gemini Rising”, co-produced with Jim Henry and Jeff Root has been called by Rambles.net "a collection of songs that stitches itself together note by note and warms the soul."
