And indeed, this Boston-based singer/songwriter has seen a lot during his 16-year music career: In between his relocations from Hudson, New York to Albany and now to Boston, he has spent time busking for change in subway stations, singing open-mic nights in coffee shops, and altogether honing his delicate craft. His current songs reach a rare level of emotional urgency, steeped in a palpable sense of hope and understanding.

MaryBeth Zamer has sung professionally since the age of 18. After relocating to Nashville, MaryBeth continued her musical career working as a demo singer for local songwriters, as a background vocalist for several new country artists, and working on her own projects, including serving as lead vocalist for the band Blue Martini. She now sings lead vocals for the Twangtown Paramours. Mike T. Lewis has played guitar for a million and a half years, and bass for about half that long. For five weeks in 1997, Mike had a 1 pop hit in South Korea on Yang Pa’s first album called “A Heartbeat Away”. Since 2000, Mike has owned and operated a studio, producing tunes for up and coming performers as well as people who should spend their money more wisely. Mike presently lives in Nashville. His newest endeavors are producing the Twangtown Paramours and his own solo project.

The tour features The Melillo Brothers (NY), Shane Cooley (Virginia), Adam Web (Pennsylvania) and Adam Smith (Tennessee).

12 Grapes is "home" to The Melillo Brothers (pictured here), featuring Anthony, Joe and Nick Melillo. The trio just competed in the 2010 Emergenza International Music Festival. They were pitted against the top 18 bands (out of over 600 across the nation) in the National Finals. Nick won "Best Drummer" in the event and The Melillo Brothers WON 1st Place overall. The Brothers will be representing the United States in Germany in August. Good luck, boys!

Shane Cooley, Adam Web and Adam Smith are also up-and-coming singer/songwriters. You can hear their music and read more about them on their website links. Each of the musicians will take the stage in alternating sets.
