Sonart Recording Studio
​Sonart is located about nine miles west of Woodstock, N.Y. nestled between the mountains and across the street from the famous Esopus Creek. What is almost hard to believe is that Ken Lovelett designed and built Sonart from the ground up, with his own hands. As a result, very careful attention was given not only to the acoustics, but also to the layout and visual design of the studio. There is a ton of natural light coming in, which is a gem of a perk missing from most other studios. There are green plants, which helps to replenish oxygen in the space, making it easy to breathe and play. Add a five foot Steinway Concert Grand Piano and some of the most unique custom made percussion instruments in the world from American Percussion Instruments
