Iron Maiden Tribute seeks Guitar PlayerEstablished Iron Maiden Tribute since 1997 seeks 2nd guitar player to take on the role of Dave Murray. Resemblance to Dave Murray is a plus, but not necessary, no wigs or spandex required to perform live in this band.
Ability to perform close to note for note guitar solos is what we are looking for. Most preferred is someone over 30 yrs old that is not only a fan of Iron Maiden, but is pro minded, familiar with and can play some present day Maiden songs, has pro gear, reliable transportation, and is ready, willing and able to perform material from albums such as, Number of the Beast, Powerslave, Somewhere in Time & 7th Son. Some new era songs the band performs are The Wickerman, Brave New World, Fear of the Dark, Speed of Light, The Final Frontier, Stratego and Rainmaker.
The bands present guitar player is willing to stay on hand until a replacement is ready to take over. Band has shows booked into late 2025, and is looking to perform a few times a month if possible, we just need to right person to help move things along. Also, please be aware of the following: if you a have a jealous girlfriend, fiance or wife that's going cause you problems with being in this band, DO NOT ask for an audition.
If your involved in multiple projects that's going to interfere with you being in this band, DO NOT ask for an audition.
If your unwilling to play within a small radius of Hudson Valley, North Jersey, Connecticut NY border and North Pennsylvania, DO NOT ask for and audition.
If you think you know the music business in our area, and are unwilling to perform because you’re expecting to make hundreds of dollars in your pocket per show, DO NOT ask for an audition. There's 4 other competing Iron Maiden tribute bands in the radius I outlined above, and are gig stealing poaching bastards who compromise what we can make, so unless your willing to prove that you have what it takes to make us rise above them and earn the kind of money you think you deserve, please don't waste our time. The love for the music comes first, and you'll get rewarded for it, that's not to say we don't make money at what we do, the band has established regular gigs in the area at the moment, and now YOU can make us grow out further.
