Imagine Dragons, Coldplay, Audioslave, The Fray, The Chainsmokers, MUSE, Highly Suspect, BMTH, POD, NIN, AIC, The Calling, Staind, Trapt, Pop Evil, Radiohead, Velvet Revolver, Seether, Hinder, 3 Doors Down, Breakin Benjamin, Linkin Park, Seven Dust, Chili Peppers, Kings of Leon, Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi, Bullet for My Valentine, Machine Gun Kelly, Ashes to New, Depeche Mode, Crowded House, Deftones, Maroon 5, Gym Class Heroes, Disturbed, Pantera, Lamb of God - Redneck, if somebody can sing it, I got the drum part. The concept of adding some older stuff in would be the exception as opposed to the norm. GFRR closer to home/some kinda wonderful, Sly and the Family Stone, Eagles, Bad Company, Cars, 38 Special, Metal, GNR, Allmans, Doobies etc. Unchained Melody Key of A I got the vocals, heavy it up a little., IF by Bread, I got those vocals, even Southern Rock, Country or whatever the venue dictates.
Prefer clean vocals, as opposed to growlers, screamers are ok, but should be able to sing also. The setlist will flow from the vocal capabilities of the member musicians, allowing for diversity and no need for a front person. Also a fair way to create a setlist, as long as you can sing it and we all sound good playing it.
Requirements; Show up ready, do your homework, know your stuff. Don't get drunk or high when we are performing or rehearsing. Pretty simple!
I am the Singer/Drummer and have sound equip with the vehicle to get it from point A to point B. Have some contacts in the Special Event industry from working it over the years, no guarantees. Ideally, guitars, bass, keyboard with both male and female members would be a great way to build this. I need help on the high end on the vocal side especially with the chorus sections and harmonies in the Imagine Dragon and Coldplay stuff, besides, a bunch of guys can't handle the vocals for the female covers I've listed and they are all cool get the crowd up and dancin tunes. With the right individuals, this should be fairly simple, there is no need to rehearse repeatedly if everyone does their part and with social media today we can weed out the dead weight quickly.
Anxious to hear the feedback on this, while I do have some interest from guitarists, I just get the feeling they are more apt to wind up in a 3 piece playing covers from the 70s and 80s, nothing wrong with that, just not me. Please reach out with a FB contact in the email so we can communicate, I'm not pushing links to work, I could care less, when we pick some tunes we can all send some links!
