Silvertone Archtop Guitar
Selling a vintage Silvertone Archtop guitar. Model 839. Guitar is from the 1950s or early 1960s. Guitar is mostly original but the tail piece has been changed to a Gibson or Gibson style tail piece and the bridge has been replaced. This guitar, like so many of them, has a bit of a warp to the neck that cannot be straightened. Therefore, a Grover nut extender has been added to render the guitar playable as a resonator style guitar. A wonderful sound with such a cool vibe. Original case included. New D'Addario strings and tuned.
