 Paul Guzzone is a performing songwriter and producer whose credits range from concerts and recordings to theatre, corporate communications, and special events.
Paul is best known as longtime bassist and vocalist with The Bacon Brothers band since the brothers Michael and Kevin Bacon formed the group in 1994.
Paul has released three albums and several singles of original music. His latest collection, Extra Innings (June 2025), was described by one listener as cinematic, with songs that are "mini-movies...Vignettes, moments in time, vividly conveyed in lyrics and music." He was voted National Songwriter of the Year at the 2023 Annapolis Songwriters Festival. His live performance style has been compared with that of Jimmy Buffet and Ray Davies.

The Omaha, Nebraska natives’ performance highlights include Disney’s Frozen Wrap Party at the Dolby Theatre, World Youth Day for a half million teens, many 9/11 tributes in New York and Los Angeles, the Grand Ole Opry, and singing for an audience of 80,000 before a Kansas/Styx/Foreigner concert.
Their music has been performed around the world by symphonies and choirs, and can be heard in many shows, films, and commercials. They’ve released four albums (fifth album, Live at The Jewell, coming out soon), sold over 25,000 CDs and thousands of downloads, have over 800,000 streams and more than 1.5 million views of their music. Their multi-award-winning 2-disc lullaby set, Stardust, was recorded with members of the Omaha Symphony, Omaha Conservatory, and Mannheim Steamroller. |

 The Poughkeepsie Jazz Project was created in 2012 with the goal of maintaining live jazz culture and community in Poughkeepsie, NY. Since its inception, The PKJP has presented a weekly jazz jam session accessible to all musicians and fans of live music. Over the past twelve years, the jam has been honored to host hundreds of musicians from the Tri-state area. This event is free to both participants and listeners. All with a passion for jazz are welcome.
Music performed at this session is a mixture of: jazz standards, jazz repertoire, american songbook, bossa nova, and afro cuban. Sorry, we do not host original material at this session.
