Chicago native Ada Dyer began in local bands before joining Norman Connors as “Adaritha” on his late-’70s albums. She sang on Warp 9’s ’80s club hits and released two solo albums on Motown. Dyer has toured with Chaka Khan and Lenny Kravitz, and recorded with U2, Sting, and Luther Vandross. |
