 Premik, internationally acclaimed composer, arranger, producer and accomplished multi-instrumentalist will perform on sax, flute and EWI, along with Steve Sandberg (piano), Neil Alexander (synthesizer), Michael O’Brien (bass) and Todd Isler (drums).
Premik has worked with music greats Carlos Santana, Whitney Houston, Herbie Hancock, and Jackson Brown, played Sting's 2008 Rainforest Concert at Carnegie Hall, and toured extensively with Russian legend Boris Grebenshikov. Last year he also performed at NYC's Jazz at Lincoln Center.
$20 pp donation to musicians. Show will be on Esther St, or inside the BeanRunner Cafe in the case of rain.

Carlos Jimenez, is an extraordinary flute player and vocalist as well as composer and band leader of Jazz, Latin jazz and Salsa. His family moved to Villalba, Puerto Rico when he was 6 years old and it was there that his musical training began. Inspired by Mongo Santamaria, he pursued becoming a jazz flutist. He studied classical flute at the Music Conservatory of Westchester under Dave Fenucane and expanded into jazz, studying with master musicians Mario Rivera; Dave Valentin; Bobby Porcelli; Mitch Frohman; Vinnie Rickitelli; Rolando Briseno and Enrique Fernandez. He also studied harmony/voice with master pianist, Mike Longo, Alfredo Valdes Jr. and Hilton Ruiz.
