The quartet will play original music and a fresh take on jazz standards Nir has appeared in jazz festivals, clubs, TV shows and recording sessions. Performed professionally with artists such as George Cables, Eddie Marshall, Terri-Lyne Carrington, Paquito D'Rivera, Oscar Stagnaro, Steve Gadd, Abraham Laborial and John Riley. Toured in the United States, Europe, Israel and Japan. Nir resides in Brooklyn. He is involved in many musical projects and leads his own jazz quartet. His debut CD, Independence (2014), produced by George Cables, was hailed by Jazziz magazine as a "Rare Gem". $20 pp donation to the musicians. For reservations, call 914-737-1701. | ||
