Bittersweet Descent is comprised of Mark Grossman (guitar/vocals), Krisana Soponpong (bass), Jamie Altieri (guitar/vocals), and Pat DePellonia (drums). The band's primary focus is crafting and performing original, genre-busting, high-energy material with which any audience can instantly connect. Live shows are also peppered with covers of a variety of alternative and classic rock bands, along with folk, country, and punk covers. The band, with former drummer Jesse Weiss, recorded a six-song EP which is being released, and the title track is now available for streaming on all platforms. Grossman and Soponpong, along with drummer Chris Perna, worked together to record six singles of Grossman's original material, which are all available under his name on all streaming platforms, and which served as the songs that launched Bittersweet Descent's catalogue of original songs.

Mary Gauthier is a Grammy-nominated American country/folk singer/songwriter and critically acclaimed author. Gauthier’s songs have been recorded by dozens of artists, including Jimmy Buffet, Dolly Parton and Amy Helm. They have also appeared in film and television projects, including HBO’s Yellowstone. Highlights of her many awards include: Best Album of the Year, 2019 International Folk Music Awards; 2019 Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album of the Year and #1 Best Singer/Songwriter Album, L.A. Times 2018. The Associated Press called Gauthier “one of the best songwriters of her generation.”
Robbie Fulks is a founding father of the alt-country scene and an icon in roots music. Harrison is the founder and director of the Alternative Guitar Summit, a yearly festival devoted to new and unusual guitar music. Pat Metheny has called the Summit “one of the most interesting and distinguished forums for guitar on the planet.
