 Elizabeth Clark's “Seeds Under Nuclear Winter: An Earth Opera" is a recreation of spiritual visions, dreams, and stories through world and sacred music, performance art, movement, and light experiments, shared within an immersive and multi-sensory community experience.
The Earth Opera takes place in a post-apocalyptic atmosphere, and centers around finding light, beauty, and hope in the darkest times--and on our deep connection with all living things, our planet, and with each other. Orchestrated for harps, ethereal voices, South American/Andean instruments, Indonesian gamelan, strings, choir, drones, dulcimer, piano, gongs, waterphone, and a cast of 31 Hudson Valley performing artists, the 'Earth Opera’ steps into otherworldly realms and unfolds upon a non-linear and timeless path, similar to the way we dream.

 Singer-songwriter Leslie Evers hails from northern California. She is known for her clear, pure singing voice which delivers melodies that stay with you long after hearing them. Her lyrics betray both wit and vulnerability as she explores hidden truths in everyday life. The songs are cinematic in feel, and most are crafted as small stories. Her approach to genre is eclectic; she loves folk, jazz and old time country, but it is all unified by a light, intimate, acoustic touch.
In 2014, her breakout 1st CD “I Can’t Remember My Dreams,” charted on the folk DJ list at number 10, with a #3 hit "Break a little Heart." This year’s album, “Bound for Land,” held steady at #12 for 2 months. Her meditative performance video "Along the Rocky Way,” reached #1 on the California Country Music channel, and is still charting after 5 months. Last year, Leslie won a coveted spot performing at 2023 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist Showcase. She is currently working on writing her 3rd album.

 Carlos Jimenez, is an extraordinary flute player and vocalist as well as composer and band leader of Jazz, Latin jazz and Salsa. His family moved to Villalba, Puerto Rico when he was 6 years old and it was there that his musical training began. Inspired by Mongo Santamaria, he pursued becoming a jazz flutist. He studied classical flute at the Music Conservatory of Westchester under Dave Fenucane and expanded into jazz, studying with master musicians Mario Rivera; Dave Valentin; Bobby Porcelli; Mitch Frohman; Vinnie Rickitelli; Rolando Briseno and Enrique Fernandez. He also studied harmony/voice with master pianist, Mike Longo, Alfredo Valdes Jr. and Hilton Ruiz.
Cárlos has recorded and performed with Hilton Ruiz, Hector Martignon, Edy Martinez, Barry Harris, Earl May, LeRoy Williams, Oscar Hernandez, Stephane Rongetz, Sonny Bravo, and Dave Valentin.
