 This event begins our 14th year of giving free concerts featuring outstanding local/regional artists sharing their music (both originals & covers). Our performers are two of the best singer/songwriters who have ever joined us in the past: Don Lowe and Montgomery Delaney. If you enjoy listening to great music in a small intimate setting (40-60 people) please join us. You'll love it. This is a free event.  Back to Bacharach and Beyond" by The Christine Spero Group is a show that will lovingly take you on a journey through Burt Bacharach’s greatest songs with some surprises. Bacharach, who is considered one of the most important composers of 20th-century popular music, has composed hundreds of pop songs from the late 1950s through the 1980s, mostly in collaboration with lyricist Hal David.
A six-time Grammy Award winner and three-time Academy Award winner, Bacharach's songs have been recorded by more than 1,000 different artists. He has written 73 US and 52 UK Top 40 hits. In 2015, Rolling Stone ranked Bacharach and David at number 32 for their list of the 100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time. Take the journey back in time with us.
Christine Spero is no stranger to the stage. As a teen she recorded with Neil Sedaka and Don Kirschner at RCA Records. Her song "He Wasn't Always That Way" was the USA Songwriting Competition Jazz Category winner and "Caribbean Nights"

 Tret Fure started her career in 1970 as the guitarist/vocalist for Spencer Davis. In 1973, she released her first solo album on MCA/UNI Records, produced by Lowell George of Little Feat. A prolific artist in the contemporary singer-songwriter arena, Tret Fure has released 18 albums and CDs over the course of her 53 year career. She has also engineered and produced countless recordings by a variety of artists, including her own work.
This year she won the 2023 Phil Ochs award in recognition of her music and activism for social and political justice. Other highlights include winning the South Florida Folk Festival Singer/Songwriter Competition in 2 of 3 categories, Best Overall and Best Up-Tempo Song, winning the Women in the Arts “Jane Schliessman Award” for Outstanding Contributions to Women's Music and the “A Still Small Voice 4U” songwriting competition with her song “Monuments”.

 The Bluechips are a Rock n’ Roll power trio from New York’s Hudson Valley. As childhood friends, Jake Albi (drums/vocals), Tom Davis (bass), and Paul Beladino (guitar/vocals) spent their first 10 years collaborating through various musical projects before establishing the band 2018. The group’s ethos combines their classic influences with catchy choruses and a modern cognizance, setting them apart from their current rock contemporaries. Since its inception, the band has cultivated a grassroots following through regional touring and three self-released, full length albums as of 2023. *As a reminder, no outside food or drink permitted in the venue.
