One Night Only
with Tommy Emmanuel, CGP w/ Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams , Box Office
Instrumental, Acoustic, and Singer-Songwriter
Paramount Hudson Valley Theater
1008 Brown St, Peekskill, NY 10566
Peekskill, NY, NY   See Map
The real-time exuberance Tommy Emmanuel brings to every note of every song he plays is palpable and infectious. His fans are in love with his unbound talent as a guitarist of multitudes, his ability to play three parts at once, always with pure heart and real soul. He is a true virtuoso. But he seems as delighted always with the magic of the music as the audience, if not more, and his joy illuminates everything. It’s one thing to play these multi-dimensional arrangements flawlessly on an acoustic guitar. But to do it with that smile of the ages, that evidence of authentic, unbridled delight, is an irresistibly infectious invitation to feel his music as deeply as he does.

Come enjoy original tunes written and performed by head brewer & farm owner Evan Watson!
Did you know, the name of the brewery was born out of Evan’s music career?
Evan moved to NYC in 2007 after graduating from college in Ohio to work with producer/songwriter Peter Zizzo. Within a year Evan entered a record deal and shortly after delivered his debut Album "A Town Called Blue". In 2009, Evan assembled a New York based band and began touring throughout the country including Bonnaroo & 10K Lakes Music festivals. Slowly building credibility playing regularly at NYC clubs like The Bitter End, Arlene's Grocery, Rockwood Music Hall, & The Bowery Electric. After years on the road opening at large venues for performers like Heart, Def Leppard, Meatloaf, OAR, Spin Doctors, & appearing on The Voice Season 7, Evan decided to pursue his passion in the world of beer. That is how his Plan A music career became his Plan B brewery career!

Innisfree Garden
362 Tyrrel Road
Millbrook, NY   See Map
Join acclaimed Shakuhachi (Japanese bamboo flute) players Ralph Samuelson and Elizabeth Brown in a program of traditional Japanese and recent music. Originally developed by Zen Buddhist monks as a form of meditation, the quiet sounds of the shakuhachis, blending here with the sounds of the garden, will bring us into harmony with nature.

This program will include traditional Japanese pieces as well as contemporary works composed by Frances White (who will be attending this concert) and Elizabeth Brown. It will also include an arrangement by Ralph Samuelson weaving traditional music together with tanka (short poems) composed by survivors of the 2011 earthquake in Japan and read by James Pritchett.

Bring a blanket, sit back in the early autumn landscape, and enjoy a remarkable experience, especially for anyone interested in Japanese culture, world music, meditation, or a refreshing escape from the quotidian.

Evocative Jazz, Exotic Lounge
with Duo Loco; Studio Stu & Brian Melick
Alternative, Comedic, and Jazz. Evocative Jazz, Exotic Lounge
Rhinebeck Farmers Market
61 East Market Street
Rhinebeck, NY   See Map
Duo Loco is the most basic form of jazz interpretation, drum and bass/voice duo, a sort of, ‘Duja Vey’ (the feeling that none of this ever happened before).

This eccentric jazz duo takes the very best in classic jazz and pop, and twists and bends them into what they call ‘evocative jazz, exotic lounge’. In this ‘duo virtuosi’, nothing is sacred.....improv is rampant...lyrics are changed at will...notes and chords are bent and perverted...familiar languages are obliterated....harmonies are sweet and sour perfection, and yet, serious, sophisticated and uncompromising in execution. The is one in-tune, out-of-tune, offbeat outfit.

Contemporary folk music with a few twists.
Although Sue and Dwight were born too late to be part of the 1960s Folk Revival, their music embodies the spirit of that time. The Canadian songwriting duo’s uplifting and soothing music focuses on themes of peace, courage, and social justice.
With one foot planted solidly in folk music, the duo comfortably step out into pop, gospel, and the blues. Their three CD’s and numerous singles reflect on their prairie roots, their experiences in Canada’s largest city, and their travels to rural areas of East Africa.
Sue and Dwight have performed in clubs and at events across Canada and have been part of the Toronto Subway busking program. Since 2020, they have reached new audiences across North America and around the world with over 200 weekly online shows of original music as well as folk classics from the 1960’s and 1970’s.
