Will Hoppey is a career musician, singer, songwriter, and guitarist.  Carlos Jimenez, is an extraordinary flute player and vocalist as well as composer and band leader of Jazz, Latin jazz and Salsa. His family moved to Villalba, Puerto Rico when he was 6 years old and it was there that his musical training began. Inspired by Mongo Santamaria, he pursued becoming a jazz flutist. He studied classical flute at the Music Conservatory of Westchester under Dave Fenucane and expanded into jazz, studying with master musicians Mario Rivera; Dave Valentin; Bobby Porcelli; Mitch Frohman; Vinnie Rickitelli; Rolando Briseno and Enrique Fernandez. He also studied harmony/voice with master pianist, Mike Longo, Alfredo Valdes Jr. and Hilton Ruiz.
Cárlos has recorded and performed with Hilton Ruiz, Hector Martignon, Edy Martinez, Barry Harris, Earl May, LeRoy Williams, Oscar Hernandez, Stephane Rongetz, Sonny Bravo, and Dave Valentin.
Show will be outside, weather permitting, or inside the BeanRunner Cafe.

 Richie Goods is one of the most versatile and accomplished bass players on the scene. He has recorded and toured with the Headhunters, Louis Hayes and the Cannonball Adderley Legacy Band, Lenny White, Mulgrew Miller, Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilera and Chris Botti to name a few.
Chien Chien Lu is a vibraphonist, percussionist, and composer from Taiwan. Classically trained and a former member of the internationally renowned Ju Percussion Group, she possesses an inherent sense of lyricism no matter the musical environment, whether it be swinging post-bop, avant-garde improv, or modern classical music.
Together, Goods and Lu formed CONNECTED in 2020 to create music that would unify people and invoke imagery of love and peace. This collaboration produced "The Path" and "We Three Kings" in 2020, and "Rain" 2021.

This eccentric jazz duo takes the very best in classic jazz and pop, and twists and bends them into what they call ‘evocative jazz, exotic lounge. In this ‘duo virtuosi’, nothing is sacred.....improv is rampant...lyrics are changed at will...notes and chords are bent and perverted...familiar languages are obliterated....harmonies are sweet and sour perfection, and yet, serious, sophisticated and uncompromising in execution. The is one in-tune, out-of-tune, offbeat outfit.

Eddie Jeff Cahill is a wonderful singer songwriter from the Midwest.He has been an annual in studio guest of the Hootenanny Cafe Radio Show - up until the pandemic struck. Happy to say Eddie Jeff will be returning this year as once again he dons his costume as the birdman at the Ren Faire in Tuxedo, NY August 26-Oct 8.
