Joanna formed her own band in 1988 with weekly appearances at the Kingston Mines in Chicago. Her formidable guitar playing, and distinctive soul-churning vocal ability caught the attention of Blind Pig Records, who released her debut album “Believe It” in 1990.
National and International accolades in the press and radio media resulted into a decade of world tours, a dozen recordings on Ruf Records, MC Records and others, a documentary on Germany’s WDR Television, and a multitude of TV appearances and radio features.
Joanna and band shared stages with Blues, Rock and Jazz greats, including Luther Allison, BB King, Screaming Jay Hawkins, Robben Ford, Danny Gatton, Robert Cray, Jimmy Page, ZZ Top, Joe Cocker, Etta James, and others.
In 2005, she took a hiatus from touring to raise her young daughter, but yet two 15+ year residencies at Chicago's House of Blues and The Kingston Mines, honed Joanna’s considerable guitar and vocal chops even further.
A handful of videos of her incendiary slide guitar solos went viral creating a sensation and garnering attention from media and established musicians alike. Joe Bonamassa sought her out and offered to produce the kind of record he felt Joanna had always had in her and should deliver to the world. 4801 South Indiana is this record, a blues record that delivers all the raw emotion, passion, and fire that made the Blues so compelling from its inception. Bonamassa did not merely produce, arrange, and play on the record, he enabled and inspired Joanna to pull from deep within her all of what her life in music had given her. While steeped in tradition, the recording is no museum piece, it is alive and it is kicking, once-in-a-lifetime Blues. |

Palladium is a Wayne Shorter repertory group founded by producer, and Shorter family friend Jesse Markowitz, who has overseen Shorter’s social media since 2015. Tom's songs have been featured on television series such as Better Things, Parenthood and One Tree Hill. For his latest - Amazon Prime Studio's animated series Pete The Cat - Freund co-wrote, sang and played songs with Elvis Costello, KT Tunstall, Dave Matthews and Diana Krall, and co-wrote the show’s theme song with creator Swampy Marsh (Phineas and Ferb). Costello takes lead vocals on each episode’s opening theme with Freund handling backing vocals and most instruments.
The Restless Age is a collaboration - a harmony of Will Bryant, Lee Falco and Brandon Morrison. Each player brings a unique song and voice to the bandstand, as the trio spans generations and genres.
The members of The Restless Age have been a premier rhythm section throughout New York’s Hudson Valley for the past half-decade. Grammy Award-winning jazz pianist, composer, and singer/songwriter KEVIN HAYS, is internationally recognized as one of the most original and compelling musicians of his generation.
Kevin has appeared on over 60 albums as a guest artist, recording with Chris Potter, Bill Stewart, Joshua Redman, Jeff Ballard, Nicholas Payton, and Al Foster, among others. Notable collaborations include a widely-acclaimed piano duo project with Brad Mehldau (Modern Music – Nonesuch), performances with James Taylor, Sonny Rollins, John Scofield, Joe Henderson, and Roy Haynes.
In addition to his celebrated work as pianist and composer, Kevin has become increasingly known as a gifted and expressive singer/songwriter.
In 2017 Hays joined the Steve Gadd Band. The group released their eponymous album which garnered a 2019 GRAMMY Award for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. He co-wrote several compositions with the other band members, and the album features Kevin’s own “Spring Song”, the sole vocal track.
Hope (2019) his release, highlights the beauty of Kevin’s duets with Beninese guitarist Lionel Loueke, who came to the world’s attention through his stellar work with Herbie Hancock.

 Roxi Copland forges her innovative sound at the crossroads of Americana, roots, and jazz. The Austin, TX-based, multi-award winning singer/songwriter's new EP 'I Come From Crazy' was called "Refreshingly honest" by Americana UK, and lauded by Americana Highways: "Has a real sassy swagger running through it...very well worth the listen". Throughout the EP, Copland’s sultry vocals are framed by country-tinged instrumentation from a stellar lineup of some of Austin’s finest. The resulting record - akin to a rowdier, rootsier Madeleine Peyroux or Melody Gardot - provides a perfect showcase for Copland’s unique strengths, her ability to play with tradition and give it her own stamp, one of equal parts confidence and wit, and one that will have you returning to I Come From Crazy again and again.
