	The lineup is both eclectic and complimentary, a spirit of experimentation running through the whole crew of players. The event will feature locals Dominick & the Family Band’s country-flecked rock, Joseph Allred’s blend of soulful bluegrass and fingerpicked folk, Elkhorn’s deep psychedelic folk, Ashley Paul’s somber mix of free jazz and shoegaze, Jeffrey Alexander and The Heavy Lidders’ wiry, thick-veined psychedelic Americana and experimental blues, and Wet Tuna’s dub-scraped head trips. Her formidable guitar playing, and distinctive soul-churning vocal ability caught the attention of Blind Pig Records, who released her debut album “Believe It” in 1990. National and International accolades in the press and radio media resulted into a decade of world tours, a dozen recordings on Ruf Records, MC Records and others, a documentary on Germany’s WDR Television, and a multitude of TV appearances and radio features. Palladium began as a live act in 2018 with the intent to share Wayne’s massive audience with the emerging musicians on the NYC scene by exploring the vast terrain of Wayne’s compositions. Numerous shows to hone a group sound took place at Smalls Jazz Club NYC. Palladium is Markowitz's curation, whose long-term goal is for Shorter to be known as this generation's Mozart! Palladium expanded to a recording project, releasing two albums which include spoken word cameos from Wayne himself; “2020” features over 30 musicians in a variety of settings, and “Don’t Look Back” focuses on a single quintet pairing the legendary Victor Lewis with young all-stars Nicole Glover, Sasha Berliner, Sean Mason & Russell Hall.
