RESERVATIONS REQUIRED / Dinner 6~9 PM
COVID PROTOCOLS FOR STAFF AND PATRONS STRICTLY ENFORCED No Tickets | No Cover | Donations Encouraged "...like Steppenwolf had a baby with the Stripes..." "electric, incredible and rocking.... ripping white-hot blues-rock produced by....the amazing Popa Chubby" Featuring: Steve Balkun / Guitar/Thumb-Bone Bass/Vocals Nick Balkun / Drums/Vocals https://www.balkunbrothers.com/ Known for their explosive live shows, internationally touring rock n’ roll band, Balkun Brothers is reinventing the term “power duo” with their heavy hitting, new-age, psychedelic rock n' roll. Face-melting guitar riffs are met with a wall of earth-quaking bass drum hits. This ferocious flaming meteor of a duo grew up studying the sounds of Son House, Johnny Winter, Howlin’ Wolf and Muddy Waters, then smashing the knowledge together with Motorhead, Primus, Rage Against the Machine, The Doors, Motley Crue and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Their sophomore album, ‘DEVIL ON TV’, was released on French Record label, Dixiefrog Records, and delivered the kind of honest songwriting and personal experience that connects with fans of all ages. They return to their rock and blues roots on the latest album, The Sun Studio Sessions. The brothers pay tribute to their musical forefathers with songs ranging from fast, up-tempo rock anthems to dirty, sweat-covered, backwoods delta blues. Engineered by Sun Studios owner, Ples Hampton, using the same vintage soundboard, microphones and tape delays that Phillips utilized in the 1950's. The album was recorded overnight, just how Sam Phillips used to do it with the blues legends, in the same room that captured countless hits.

Sunday 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm | The Falcon Outdoor Stage with Adam Levy & The Mint Imperials | The FALCON & The FALCON UNDERGROUND 1348 Route 9W Marlboro, NY See Map |
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED / Dinner 6~9 PM
COVID PROTOCOLS FOR STAFF AND PATRONS STRICTLY ENFORCED If Adam Levy’s guitar playing sounds more familiar than his name, it’s because you’ve likely already heard him. Levy has been featured on releases by Norah Jones, Ani DiFranco, Amos Lee, Meshell Ndegeocello, Jill Sobule, Tracy Chapman, Allen Toussaint, Vulfpeck, and many other artists. He has a dozen original recordings to his credit as well—including three with his trio the Mint Imperials. These gentle giants dive deep into Levy’s songbook—and they never walk away from the blues. Featuring: Adam Levy / Guitar/Vocals Andy Hess / Bass Tony Mason / Drums https://www.instagram.com/stringjuggler/ Adam Levy's former "day job" was playing guitar in Norah Jones' band; featured on her first three albums. He toured the world as a member of her Handsome Band. Levy's own music holds some similarities to Jones's laid-back stories that swirl together in jazz, blues, and country shadings. Levy’s CD 'Washing Day' drew this praise in Offbeat magazine: "Even the thorniest jazzbo snobs can recognize Levy’s potential to pen material for the next Great American Songbook.” No Depression said of Levy’s follow-up album: "Levy stated that 'The Heart Collector' would be his proving ground, but there really isn't anything to prove when you're this good and have always been this good. 'The Heart Collector' has only confirmed, reaffirmed and validated that Levy is one of the best songwriters and musicians in the business. It is a great album overflowing with warm and soulful songs that enchant the ears and captivate the heart.” Beyond continuing his recording career as a sideman for celebrated artists such as Ani DiFranco and the late Cuban guitar master Manuel Galbán, Levy has risen as a songwriter in his own right. He was mentored by, and performed often with, dear friend and internationally respected master of the blues, Bill Sims Jr. (1949-2019).
Sunday 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm | Ciaran MacGowan Singer-Songwriter, Folk/Traditional, and Irish (traditional) | Hootenanny Cafe Mini Concerts Online and on the radio, NY See Map |
Ciaran is from Belfast, N. Ireland. He has opened for Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Arlo Guthrie and quite a few more. His compositions and fabulous voice embrace Folk, Bossa, Jazz, Rock and Blues.
Before moving to USA Ciaran played a Belfast pub with an eight piece band including horns. Gerry McIlduff (Pretenders) on drums, Nicky Scott (Van Morrison) on bass, Julian Littman (Gerry Rafferty Band) on guitar. He recorded for BBC and his first record was play-listed on national radio. He was twenty-five. Those were dangerous times in the N. Ireland conflict. The IRA blew the pub up! Months later with the venue rebuilt, the band was back, but three weeks later they blew it up again! Ciarán says, ‘they definitely didn’t like my music!’ Such is life with its many twists and turns! He jumped ship to California and today, thirty years later, Ciaran is successful as a photographer for EMI, Sony & Polygram in L.A. and as a musician playing both USA & Ireland.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED / Dinner 6~9 PM
COVID PROTOCOLS FOR STAFF AND PATRONS STRICTLY ENFORCED Kenny Roby knew from the start there would be a lot to say for his first solo album in seven years, the emotionally and musically expansive The Reservoir. So much had changed in his world and the world at large since his stately 2013 LP, Memories & Birds, an exquisite reflection on the experiences and apprehensions of crossing over 40. https://kennyroby.net/ A songwriter’s songwriter, Kenny Roby’s latest album ’The Reservoir' has been called a master class in that craft. A native of the Carolinas, he was originally known for fronting 6 String Drag, pioneers in the Alt-Country and Americana music movements of the '90s. The band was produced by roots music godfather Steve Earle and signed to his E-Squared Records. Since 6 String Drag’s breakup in 1998, Roby has released 5 solo records as well as a live duo record with Neal Casal. Casal was slated to be the producer on Roby’s newest record when he passed away in August of 2019. Dave Schools of Widespread Panic then took over producer duties on ’The Reservoir,' which also features the musicianship of Tony Leone (Little Feat, Chris Robinson, Phil Lesh) and Jeff Hill (Rufus Wainwright, Chris Robinson, Steve Earle), among others. “With his new album ‘The Reservoir,’ Kenny Roby seeks some solace between the darkness and the light, gleans lessons learned and transmits them through a set of songs that are taut, tender and flush with both resilience and resolve.” - AMERICAN SONGWRITER (4.5 of 5 Stars) On ‘The Reservoir,’ Kenny Roby dives deep to find beauty in tragedy…the power of Roby’s songwriting is how well the stories connect with us all. - NO DEPRESSION With The Reservoir, Kenny Roby affirms and reestablishes his spot as one of the (americana/folk rock/alt country) sub-genre’s most talented and evocative songwriters - AMERICANA HIGHWAYS Old Love https://youtu.be/pjoTeh-fcgE Silver Moon https://youtu.be/lETfr5ORnRI
