Stereo Mike's (Michael Holmes - formerly of Groovy Tuesday & Michael Gailie from Tangent it's his Birthday) combine their talents at Orange County Distillery's Brown Barn Farms on Friday, May 22nd, at 6 pm, to bring you an acoustic show highlighting amazing vocals and perfectly crafted arrangements of the songs you were just listening to, moments ago or years ago. This MIRRORS the perfectly crafted cocktails The Barn's mixologists will put together using the spirits created from this true farm to bottle endeavor at Orange County Distillery. This 100+ year old barn serves as a backdrop - the perfect eclectic venue. Eating on site offers such a wonderful selection from a renowned local food truck. It is all a part of the experience. Sit at the barn bar or the back room and check out the upstairs room with overview of the performance area. A great early Friday / Happy Hour / Team Building event - destination. If folk, roots, and Americana were on a Venn diagram, Grace Morrison would be squarely in the center. With a career that began as a backup singer for rock icons like Eddie Money and Joey Molland (of the band Badfinger), Grace has become a regular on the national festival and touring circuit. She has won a number of prestigious awards including the Grand Prize of the New England Songwriting Competition and the WPRI Rhode Show Big Break contest where her music video was played on the season finale of American Idol. In 201, Grace was an Official Showcase performer at the Southeast Regional Folk Alliance (TN), named a finalist in the Wildflower (TX) Festival performing singer-songwriter contest, and performed in the Emerging Artist Showcase at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival (NY). Her 2019 sophomore solo album “Reasons" debuted as the #2 Top Album on the Roots Music Report’s Top 50 Contemporary Country Airplay Chart.

Tangent makes it's return to Railroad Green, in the center of the Village of Warwick, on Saturday, May 23rd at 8:15 pm. This year's show, on Memorial Day Weekend, will feature two acts. Strings Attached (Johnny D. & Jeannie) will start the night off with their amazing acoustic duo performance. Their song selections, incredible playing and dead-perfect harmonies, are not to be missed. They begin at 7:00 p.m. This is an outdoor, free concert not to be missed. We are honored to be given a slot at this super popular summer gathering place. Bring the family, your chairs and blankets and dancing feet as we give Downtown Warwick a Rock Show to remember. Please be sure to partake in the many businesses in and around the square and be sure to spread the word. This event portends to be well attended so get there early & we hope to see you all out on a wonderful holiday weekend night of music & fun

Rupert Wates was born in London, UK, and has been based in the US since 2007. He signed a publishing deal with Eaton Music (London) in 1994 and has been a full time songwriter ever since. He has won over 40 songwriting and performing awards. In 2018 he performed as a Finalist in the Kerrville New Song Folk Contest and an Emerging Artist at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. More than 25 of his songs have been covered by other artists, including two full length tribute albums to his material recorded by independent artists in Nashville and Los Angeles. He has released 9 solo albums, tracks from which have been played on radio worldwide. He averages 120 live shows a year, in every state in the US, in Canada and in Europe. Colorado Central Magazine describes his songs as ‘sublime folk hymns’, while Folk And Acoustic Music Exchange adds ‘this is one gifted s.o.b…if you’re not hip to this guy you’re missing out’.
