The Bernstein Bard Trio has become an acoustic music phenomenon in the Hudson Valley of New York over the last 12 years. Known for their imaginative arrangements, eclectic repertoire, and infectious grooves, they are currently performing up and down the East Coast for dances, concerts, and special events. The Trio features brothers Mark Bernstein on guitar and vocals, Steve Bernstein on mandolin and vocals, and Robert Bard on upright bass and vocals. 
Pianist Carolyn Enger performs some of Beethoven's most elevated music and one of his personal favorites. Register online or call 634-4997, ext. 139 starting March 18.
Morning Music Club will present a Spring Concert (Duo Recital) featuring Dr. Diana Hughes, piano, and Andrew Hughes, viola. The concert is free with a suggested donation of $10, held at Good Shepherd Church, 112 N. Main St., Pearl River. NY on Sunday March 29, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
Sara Trunzo was a vegetable farmer and community organizer in rural Maine until 3 years ago when she moved to Nashville to pursue songwriting. She released a debut EP, Thanks Birdie in 2017, toured nationally in 2018, and followed with an LP, Dirigo Attitude, which reached #22 on the Folk Radio DJ chart in May 2019. Her songs aim at no-nonsense, cut-to-the-bone storytelling that illuminates the struggles of people- especially women- in the Northeast, rural communities, and anywhere that feels outside the mainstream. 
The Woodstock Celtic Session is a weekly gathering of Traditional musicians who come together to enjoy and play Irish music and more in a pub setting. All are welcome to play or listen in an acoustic unplugged pub setting. We’ve been playing together every Monday night since 2002!

The Poughkeepsie Farm Project will be hosting The Big Band Sound 20-piece jazz orchestra for a community swing dance to support this local CSA. The dance is being held in the renovated Vassar Farm Barn. There will be a swing dance lesson for beginners, given by instructors from Uptown Swing, starting at 6 p.m. and the dance will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This dance is open to the public and admission is $10. Directions: The Vassar Farm Barn is in Poughkeepsie on Vassar Farm Lane. Just east of the light where Route 376, Raymond Ave. and Hooker Ave. all intersect, turn south onto Vassar Farm Lane (there is a sign for "Vassar College Farm"). The Vassar Farm Barn is on the right after 0.3 miles. Use "50 Vassar Farm Lane, Poughkeepsie, NY" in your GPS 
Annalyse & Ryan are an Americana husband and wife duo based in Beacon, NY. Tangent returns to Tamaqua for our next performance here and we couldn't be happier. Yep 04/04/20 at 8 pm . Come out to catch a great rock show.
