Her diverse & unconventional approach is exemplified in her last album 'Stronger', where she combines art rock with jazz & indie-pop. "A brilliant singer and even more thoughtful lyricist" - H. Allen Williams, JazzTimes

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, vocalist Aimée Allen performs regularly in NYC and abroad. She has sung with such renowned musicians including Romero Lubambo, Ron McClure, François Moutin, Rozwell Rudd, Ari Hoenig, and Yomo Toro. And, her latest release, the critically acclaimed Wings Uncaged, is a musical statement of transcendence in all its facets. With a set of jazz standards and striking originals featuring winged creatures, negotiating the challenges and limitations of the natural world, the project provides metaphors for surviving perilous conditions in creative ways. It has been named one of Downbeat Magazine's Best of 2018.

"Allen will mesmerize you with her voice and style. Wings Uncaged is a vastly different experience than the standard vocal jazz fare, that offers depth and reverence, while pushing the idiom forward." - Steph Cosme, Staccotofy

Singer-Songwriter
BeanRunner Cafe

Peekskill, NY   See Map
Sara Trunzo was a vegetable farmer and community organizer in rural Maine until 3 years ago when she moved to Nashville to pursue songwriting. She released a debut EP, Thanks Birdie in 2017, toured nationally in 2018, and followed with an LP, Dirigo Attitude, which reached #22 on the Folk Radio DJ chart in May 2019. Her songs aim at no-nonsense, cut-to-the-bone storytelling that illuminates the struggles of people- especially women- in the Northeast, rural communities, and anywhere that feels outside the mainstream.

A coal miner's daughter, granddaughter, and great-granddaughter from Eastern Kentucky, Tiffany Williams lives in Nashville, where she writes songs and fiction. She is the recipient of the 2011 Jean Ritchie Fellowship for Appalachian Writing and the 2017 Denny C. Plattner Award for fiction. Her debut album, When You Go, was released in January 2019 and reached No. 15 on the North American College and Community Radio Folk Chart and No. 12 on the Folk DJ Chart.

His new CD offers 11 original songs, and his songs have also been covered by musicians all over the world including Bluegrass, Etc., Bryan Bowers, Anne and Pete Sibley and Valerie Smith. His heartbreaking ballad "Sarah Hogan" has been covered 14 times. John has toured the world with Kane’s River, the Growling Old Men and his own John Lowell Band. Of his most recent recording, This Long Stretch Of Gravel. Bluegrass Today said "Credit Lowell with creating a minor masterpiece. If justice prevails, This Long Stretch of Gravel will be a quick route towards wider recognition. It couldn’t be more deserved."
