Sunday Brunch
with Robt Sarazin Blake
The FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
'Ultimately the Springsteen and Guthrie comparisons are meaningless, since Robt Sarazin Blake has always been a true American original. (I do think if you like Springsteen albums such as Nebraska and The Ghost of Tom Joad, you will at least have a point of reference.) He sounds like nobody else, and that's a joyous thing. But when you listen to the masterful way he navigates through these sixteen songs you'll wonder who he is and why you haven't heard about him until now. " - Marc Phillips /The Vinyl Anachronist

Blake's touring and performing has become an art in itself, with 200 shows a year worldwide, Blake is a world class performer in a neighborhood venue.

His own record label Same Room Records, featuring "recordings of songs and musicians in the same room and the same time", is an oddly unique idea in an era of digitally manipulated sounds - and he's sold over 10,000 albums from his suitcase.

VIP and Meet and Greet Tickets Available! Born and raised in Philadelphia, multi-instrumentalist and rock and roll maverick Todd Rundgren began playing guitar as a teenager and founded Nazz, the quintessential 60’s cult group. He left, however, to pursue a solo career and recorded his debut offering, the legendary Runt in 1969. His true talent, however, was showcased in 1972 when he played all the instruments, sang all the vocals, and acted as his own producer on his sequel album Something/Anything? The album catapulted Rundgren into the superstar limelight, prompting the press to unanimously dub him “Rock’s New Wunderkind.” Rundgren is best known for his 1973 solo album A Wizard, A True Star, which included hit singles such as “I Saw the Light,” “Hello It’s Me,” “Can We Still Be Friends,” and “Bang the Drum.” Get your VIP or Meet and Greet tickets through this link! https://paramounthudsonvalley.showare.com/ordertickets.asp?p=905

Ernest Troost is an Emmy-award-winning film and television composer and a recipient of the Kerrville New Folk award for his songwriting. His evocative style combines folk and Piedmont-blues-style guitar picking with timeless stories and colorful character portrayals drawn from the American past and present. His new album, O LOVE has been a hit with fans and critics alike. “Troost is a brilliant Americana songwriter. . . . making pensive, sometimes snarling, Steve Earle-ish, lyrically-driven Americana rock with inspired playing and smartly judicious arrangements. Fans of Steve Earle, James McMurtry, Jeffrey Foucault and the rest of that crew will find an awful lot to like in Troost’s brooding, intense songcraft.”

Rock n Roll, Country, Dreamer, too name a few. Anthony K has been labeled all of these, but if you needed to sum him up it would be - a very talented musician. Born in MA and raised in Maine, Anthony K began forming bands and performing live while growing up in the New England music scene, until he moved to Upstate New York and called this home for a while. Once established there and creating enough buzz with one of his rock bands, he caught the attention of a label and signed a deal in New York. A CD was released and the group received success through airplay worldwide, constant promotion, and nonstop relentless touring.
