After bursting onto the NYC music scene in 2015 with her debut EP ‘Piece by Piece’ and a growing grassroots following, 24-year Megan Talay has spent the last year amping up her sound for a self-titled follow-up EP to be released in the Spring of 2017.

Talay has been playing iconic New York venues like The Bitter End and The Knitting Factory since she was 16. In 2014 she graduated from The University of Miami’s Frost School of Music where she studied Songwriting and Guitar.

'Thrillingly wrong-footing Congolese music' - The Guardian

'Afrobeat with a solid steel casing' - Fact Magazine

Coco Ngambali and Theo Nzonza first formed a band 15 years ago, inspired by their love of Congolese rumba pantheon. Staff Benda Bilili, hit the big time. Inevitably, the big time hit right back. collapsing under the the weight of its own success. But in Kinshasa, Africa's 3rd largest city, bands are recycled along with everything else. Coco and Theo gathered up the necessary parts of a band from the younger generation, crammed them together and started belting out a shambles under the name Mbongwana Star - 'mbongwana' meaning 'change'.

Mbongwana Star isn't what you would expect from a Congolese band or even an African sound. Mbongwana Star is a naturally occurring, smashed-together combination of things that's both unexpected and somehow inevitable, too.

Now more than 20 years into that calling, the two-time Grammy Nominee is the consummate career artist-fearless and versatile, with a fierce work ethic and a constant drive to search deeper within herself for creative growth. Case began collecting her musical community shortly after leaving home at 15. Known now for her extraordinary voice and songwriting, Case started out behind a kit. By 17 she was playing drums for several local bands, and at 23 she moved to Vancouver for art school, where she drummed for emerging punk groups including Cub and Maow. Out of that punk foundation, however, grew Case’s exploration of country. The Virginian, her 1997 solo debut released by Canadian label Mint and backed by the band referred to as Her Boyfriends, is a joyous collection of originals and covers, including Loretta Lynn’s “Somebody Led Me Away” and the Everly Brothers’ “Bowling Green.”

Rising out of the Bay Area jazz scene with a freakish virtuosity on a custom eight-string guitar that allowed him to play bass and melody lines simultaneously.

Hunter’s music isn’t easy to pigeonhole, and his latest effort, 'Everybody Has A Plan Until They Get Punched In The Mouth' (the title of which refers to a quote once uttered by heavyweight boxing champion Iron Mike Tyson) was recorded 100% live in in Hudson, NY. He performs Blues, Rock, Jazz and Latin-flavored songs with bandmates Kirk Knuffke (cornet), Bobby Previte (drums), and Curtis Fowlkes (trombone).

“Old Punks Don’t Die, They Go Country” is not only a line in one of Scoot Horton’s songs, but it describes Scoot as well. After spending 20 years playing and touring in various punk bands Scoot unplugged his guitar and went acoustic, releasing his debut CD “Six 2 Seven” to positive reviews in 2015. Scoot spent much time in the New York City Hardcore Punk scene, some of that influence naturally comes out in songs like “Life and Hope” and “Bank Man.” And people have noticed. He has been described as the Sex Pistols meet Woody Guthrie. Which makes sense because Scoot’s influences are Bob Dylan, Johnny Rotten, Joe Strummer, and the Carter Family. Scoot plays folk/country as he hears it and what he writes comes with an edge. He calls it Outlaw Folk. Which is short, sweet, and to the point.

With a name like Ronald Reggae (and a self-proclaimed music genre that includes "Polka Fusion"), you better bring the goods. And this "five-piece jam vehicle" does. They're tight, talented and ready to party!

RR features Ryan Datino on guitar, Jack Ahearn on drums, Scott Pires on bass, Simon O'Keefe on keys, and Anthony Trabucco on guitar/lead vocals.

This isn't just your local, run-of-the-mill rock and roll outfit -- these guys are local faves who've been taking Westchester by storm, playing clubs such as The Delancy, The Peekskill Brewery and others, as well as a short tour in Vermont.

Help us welcome Ronald Reggae for their 12 Grapes debut. (SO-MERS!)

Soñando!The FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
The hot Latin sounds of Soñando have earned them the reputation as the Hudson Valley's premier Latin band. This spicy blend of music and musicians have performed in clubs, at private functions, community festivals, benefit concerts, on radio and television, as well as the Puerto Rico Day Parade in NYC, but the band is at home wherever a dance floor can be cleared. Fueled by a fiery rhythm section and high-octane horns, Soñando plays a wide variety of Latin styles from Plena and Son to Salsa and Merengue!

"The name of the band is Spanish for "dreaming" but when the hordes come out for Soñando, they don't sleepwalk-they dance. And we're not talking a few perfunctory head-bobs or butt-wiggles, they dance until they go up in flames like, Tula's unquenchable bedroom in the Cuban lyrics above." -Woodstock Times

Ceesar: Classic R&R Show, Bernie Servodio, Billy Beehler, George McGann, Dan GammaThe FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
The Ceesar band has been playing some of the most memorable classic rock - covering Led Zepplin, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Eagles, Jethro Tull, Steely Dan, Beatles, and Tom Petty among others. The band plays with such an infectious energy that you can’t help but get pulled in.

Bernie has the ability to capture the quality of an artist’s voice no matter who he is covering. Billy will send chills through you with the intensity of his guitar playing while the rhythm section, Bass player George McGann and Drummer Dan Gamma, are putting down a tight solid groove to lay the foundation for the music that will move you before you know you are even moving. The chemistry that is created by these four musicians only comes around once maybe twice through a musician’s career. Ceesar Classic R&R Show is classic rock at its best.
