His long running radio program THE BLUES BREAK broadcast over legendary independent radio station WDST in Woodstock New York has become a Sunday night institution for those in the know.

 Born in Paris, and now an American citizen, self-taught Jean-Michel Pilc has performed with Roy Haynes, Michael Brecker, Dave Liebman, Jean Toussaint, Rick Margitza, Martial Solal, Michel Portal, Daniel Humair, Marcus Miller, Kenny Garrett, Lenny White, Chris Potter, John Abercrombie, Mingus Dynasty & Big Band, Lew Soloff and Richard Bona. Pilc has also worked with Harry Belafonte, as his musical director and pianist.
In 2015, Jean-Michel has released "What Is This Thing Called?", his third solo album and first release for Sunnyside Records. Jean-Michel is also a virtuoso whistler (as documented on a solo piano & whistle track in the CD “Christmas from the Blue Note” released in 2010 on the "Half Note" label).

The performance will bring some of the Hudson Valley's most coveted musicians together for a night of open and creative music.

Tierney Greene began classical piano lessons at the age of 7, and picked up the guitar at 13. She has continued to write folk songs and picked up the banjo and violin, as well.
Nalani's and Sarina performs regularly with noted musicians Will Lee (of The David Letterman Band / CBS Orchestra), Jim Hines (of Brian Wilson), and earned a monthly residency at The Bitter End NYC.
Austin Bonk's style blends timeless folk tradition with a modern take on life and love. His ability to deliver honest tales of loss, heart break and guilt while retaining a patient sense of hope.

 Reuben Wilson was one of few soul-jazz organists to emerge in the late '60s, and to be signed to Blue Note. During the late '70s, he recorded sporadically, eventually retiring from music in the early '80s, but had been rediscovered by a new generation. Like several of his peers, his late-'60s and '70s records, through sampling, became cornerstones in the newly emerging acid jazz and jazz-rap genres. Soon, his out of print records became collector's items, and his sampled licks were appearing on dance floors throughout England and NYC.

 Orlando Marin, a contemporary of such greats as Tito Puente, Machito, and Tito Rodriguez, is the only orchestra leader from New York’s golden era of mambo who still performs regularly.
Orlando formed his first band, Eddie Palmieri and his Orchestra and, since then, has played with several different bands and has performed in the famous Palladium Ballroom. In 1997, Latin music historiographer Max Salazar presented Orlando a plaque in recognition of nearly five decades of uninterrupted contribution to Latin music. In January 2003, Orlando was invited by Latin Jazz station, WPFW, by the Arlington County (Virginia) Cultural Arts Division, and by the Latin American Folk Institute to do a live concert in Washington at The Spectrum Theater and in 2006, Congressman Jose E. Serrano honored Orlando as “The Last Mambo King,” for his continuing to provide Latin American music and his willingness to devote time to helping the less fortunate.

Harry Warren has been called the "greatest composer you never heard of".  In the fall of 2007 Frank Carillo and the Bandoleros entered Millbrook Studios in upstate New York with producer/engineer Paul Orofino, who produced the band's "Bad Out There" (2004).
At Blue Cat Studios in San Antonio,TX Augie Myers added his distinctive keyboard talents to four songs. The result is the remarkable new CD, "Someday" - demonstrating Carillo's knack for potent songs, stirring performances, and a disc that radiates with the values of traditional heartland, blues and blue collar roots-rock.
2008 was a memorable for Carillo. he was selected by the Long Island Music Hall of Fame as a recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award, and Frank Carillo and the Bandoleros were nominated for the Roots Rock Artist of the Year by the Roots Music Association of America. In addition, the band was selected by the Hollywood Music Awards as the Blues Artist of the Year.
