 Born into and raised by a sharecropping family in rural Georgia, vocalist and multi- instrumentalist Bill Sims Jr. is an internationally respected master of the blues. He began playing piano at age four and by fourteen he was playing professionally in a rhythm and blues group. A Warner Bros. recording artist, Mr. Sims is also an accomplished musical director and has lent his talents to many theater and film productions in New York and the United States. His film credits include Lackawanna Blues, Miss Ruby's House, American Gangster, and the recent Cadillac Records. He was also the subject of a critically acclaimed PBS documentary, An American Love Story, in 1999. Mr Sims currently lives in NYC where he mentors a new generation of blues and roots musicians. He tours internationally with the Grammy Nominated Heritage Blues Orchestra!

 Jessi Mason is a singer/songwriter who, at just 18 years old, has a soul of a seasoned artist. Jessi is currently studying at USC's Thornton School of Music, and coming Home for the Holidays, and home to our 12 Grapes stage.
Inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell & Norah Jones, Jessi creates folk-influenced songs that convey compelling stories of "serendipitous adventures & hopeless romanticism". We've watched Jessi grow and mature as an artist, and applaud her success. She's performed at Rockwell's (Lagond Songwriter Sessions), The Bitter End and Garcia's with The Lagond Allstar Band, among many other prestigious clubs. Her breakout EP, "Hollow" has received rave reviews.
Jessi Mason will be performing solo as well as with friends Sam Caldwell (keys), Henry Mermer (drums), Eugene Bistikian (bass) and Theo Bisdikian (trumpet).
Special guests include the acoustic duo "JT & Anne" - (JT is also "Home for the Holidays"!)

Jeremy’s style is informed by the current masters of the groove from the jam-band scene (Medeski, Martin, and Wood, Soul-Live, Derek Trucks Band.) He’s been playing festivals and jazz clubs in the New England region since the release of his first album. JB’s Band was also featured on Boogaloo to McDuff, a tribute to Jack McDuff, available on Scufflin’ Records. Back in the studio for his sophomore release, The Eel, on Flying Yak Records, Jeremy Baum knocks it out of the park with 10 Hammond organ and piano driven arrangements. It's an album of funky, bluesy new compositions as well as original arrangements of songs by Beck, Prince, James Brown and more. |

BILL CONWAY, bassist, arranger, composer & teacher, has performed with jazz greats Sylvia Syms, Margaret Whiting, Benny Carter, Carmen Leggio, Cecil Taylor & "Doc" Cheatham.
CLIFF HACKFORD, drummer, tabla player & teacher, has played with Clark Terry, Sam the Sham, Vicki Sue Robinson and a wide variety of Grammy winning artists. Cliff co-produced both of Pat's CDs at his studio, Park Hill Recording.
JOE HENDERSON Joe Lee Henderson, on electric guitar, has performed and recorded in NYC for many years with singer/songwriters including Bo Diddley, Moogy Klingman, Jack Hardy, Lili Anel, Paul Siebel and Frank Christian.
