Gospel, Blues
The FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
Hipbone Records recording artist Alexis P Suter with Ray Grappone, drummer/percussionist and producer/vocalist Vicki Bell, deliver their mix of Gospel, Blues, Traditional, poignant, and time-honored American music, up-close and personal.

Blues Music Award nominee Alexis P. Suter is a powerhouse bass/baritone vocalist with the ability to go to "that other place" where singers go when they are lost in the music. It is no wonder the late B.B. King and the late Levon Helm were big fans. Suter and her band have played nearly 100 of Helm’s shows in Woodstock NY and opened for “The King” when he visited her hometown of NYC.

The Ministers of Sound feature Ray Grappone (APSB, Buster Poindexter, Levon Helm) on drums and percussion, Vicki Bell (APSB, Open Door, Corey Daye) on vocals and percussion, and extraordinary Special Guest Musicians.

SUNDAY EVENING
with Wolff & Clark Expedition, Michael Wolff, Mike Clark
Jazz. Popular Standards, Original Compositions
The FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
Dizzy Gillespie famously said “One foot in the past and one in the future,” to which could be added--if you are talking about the music of Michael Wolff and Mike Clark--with feet firmly planted in the here and now.

Wolff and Clark are most definitely in the present--and when these two get together they naturally explore. The name recalls another notorious duo of similar name, the Lewis and Clark Expedition. Now while it could be argued that that endeavor retraced already tread regions--their trip merely revealed what lay ahead to a new crowd. The same cannot be claimed for Wolff and Clark, whose music, while steeped in the rich history of American music, simultaneously blazes a trail fresh with virgin soil and fertile with sounds I guarantee you have never heard before.

A musician’s musician, Michael Wolff has earned his reputation as an original pianist and composer.

A true ambassador of rhythm, Mike Clark is known around the world for his diverse and innovative playing.

Mike Milazzo blends rock, folk, country, and blues into a distinctive Americana sound. "During his set he will cover big name acts from Muddy Waters to Johnny Cash ... We think of Elvis Costello at times" - William Glenn. Mike has performed as an opening act for Donovan, Richie Havens, and Levon Helm. The FALCON

Marlboro, NY   See Map
Black Horse Riders is the latest collaboration between singer and multi-instrumentalist Roland Hasbrouck and guitarist and co-writer and guitarist Tim Curtis-Verderosa.

A full band has been assembled over the past year consisting of Jeremy Boniello on drums, Keir Zemaitis on bass, and featuring Libby Murphy on violin. The rhythm section pounds out melodic grooves allowing the violin to soar with emotion while the guitar brings a haunting and ambient element to the formerly acoustic driven songs.

The pair previously co-fronted the popular earthy rock group Verdes. Black Horse Riders can be called ambient Americana with an implicit sense of historical moment. On their eponymous five-song EP, Black Horse Riders craft a dark, luminous folk rock that manages to feel epic, narrative and broad despite its modest length.

Look for ten new songs to be released in January 2016.

The Last Waltz, their farewell concert, took place at the Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco on Thanksgiving Day 1976. It represented the artistic culmination of their storied career with the original configuration of Rick Danko, Richard Manuel, Garth Hudson, Levon Helm and Robbie Robertson, who made their mark in the 1960’s as Bob Dylan’s backing band. More than a dozen special guests performed, including Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, and Neil Young.

"Gregg Allmans secret weapon."- Glide Magazine

This is old school rock & roll, soul and blues whose bedrock is the original work of guitarist/singer/songwriter/producer Scott Sharrard and Moses Patrou.

Since the Fall of 2008, Scott Sharrard has been the touring guitarist for the Gregg Allman Band. While currently acting as Musical Director for Allman touring globally in 2015, he simultaneously concentrates on his solo act, Scott Sharrard and the Brickyard Band. They released their self titled debut in 2012 and embarked on a national tour soon after. Currently their new album is now in the works with a release date to be announced.

"The most authentic Allman Brothers Tribute you will ever hear" -- Tuxedo Junction Danbury CT 2006

Since 2006 The Brothers of the Road Band has performed for thousands of Allman Brothers fans at venues large and small along the east coast. The Brothers of the Road Band draws upon original studio, live, and "instant live" recordings from the ABB and Dickey Betts & Great Southern to accurately recreate 40+ years of the Allman Brothers music catalog. The famous guitar tone of various ABB guitarists is thoughtfully reproduced with the use of vintage Gibson guitars played through Soldano and Marshall Amplifiers with vintage celestion and JBL speakers. An authentic ABB-designed liquid light show completes the true Allman experience.

"The Allman Brothers would be proud." --Yonrico Scott (Derek Trucks Band)
