 Jazz vocalist, pianist, and composer Teri Roiger has been active on the jazz scene for many years, performing all over the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe and is an integral member of the SUNY New Paltz Jazz Program. In 2011 Teri and husband John Menegon created JAZZSTOCK, an ongoing jazz festival in Woodstock NY.
Teri participates this year in the Lady Got Chops Women's Jazz Music Festival to celebrate the music of Billie Holiday, as it would be Billie's centennial year and Teri is recording a new CD of her music.
Writer & Cultural Critic Stanley Crouch, says that "To hear Teri Roiger is to experience that peculiarly beautiful combination of improvisation, tone, feeling, and phrasing that are distinct elements of jazz freedom. She is made for those who still understand the meaning of the term 'the real thing'."

 Annette A. Aguilar (multi-percussionist, Band leader recording artist, producer and educator.) was born in San Francisco into a family from Nicaragua.
At the age of 16 she was sitting in and performing with renowned Latin artists from Santana, Cal Tjader and Pete and Sheila Escovedo (Sheila E). She earned a BA in music performance from San Francisco State Univ., and a MA from the Manhattan School of Music.
She has toured internationally and has performed and shared the stage with Stevie Wonder, The Grateful Dead, Darlene Love, Jefferson airplane, The Four Tops, Tito Puente, Dave Valentine, Ray Brown, and Mose Allison, among others.
She also has toured with Grammy award winning Broadway shows, has recorded for T.V. and film, and has been the principal timpanist for the Bronx Symphony since 1997.
In 1992, Annette formed her Afro-Cuban, Latin Jazz Brazilian group, Annette A. Aguilar & StringBeans, which has just release their third CD "The Day Waits for NOBODY."

 For this edition of our "Jazz At The Falls" Sunday brunch series, we'll be featuring special guests "The Steve Raleigh Group".
Guitarist & composer Steve Raleigh's playing has been described as "reminiscent of George Benson & Wes Montgomery". He's worked with many great musicians including Judi Silvano, October Project, Evelyn Blakey, Nick Brignola, Darmond Meader (New York Voices), Clint Holmes & Tony Martin, as well as opening for Chuck Mangione. Steve's performed at West Point's Eisenhower Hall, the Storm King Art Center Jazz Festival & many of New York's legendary clubs such as The Rainbow Room, The Glen Island Casino & The Joyous Lake.
Rounding out "The Steve Raleigh Group" will be Lew Scott on bass & Pete O'Brien on drums.
We'll be offering breakfast & lunch menus, as well as service from the café’s full bar. There’s no cover charge, but we do pass the hat for donations.

 Maryann Renza and Lou Ubriaco's unique approach to classic jazz, blues, rock, soul and pop is a wonderful synthesis of eclectic musical expression and musicianship.
Having trained with various coaches to the stars such as Katie & MaryJo Agresta and Sharon Bryant of Atlantic Star fame, Maryann has had the honor and privilege to work with various Artists/musicians such as: Porter Carroll, Bob Baldwin, Gil Paris, Hugh McDonald, Derek Murdock, Butch Taylor, Chuck StTroy, Deena Miller, and Lou Ubriaco to name a few. She also worked for over half of her career touring the U.S. with her two sisters Kathy & Carol in their band Leather and Lace.
Lou's solo repertoire covers 400 years of musical history. He is a highly respected 'teachers teacher', solo and ensemble perfomer for 4 decades and owner of U Music School in Peekskill New York. Maryann and Lou are members of the very popular Westchester based Lost Soulz Band.

 Our once-monthly Kids' Open Mic is a showcase for talented musicians and singers ages 6 - 17. Sing solo or with a band. Teachers are welcome to perform with student.
Bring your guitar, bass, sax, flute or whatever instrument you play. We provide a drum kit, keyboard, amps and microphones. iPod backing music accommodated. (Internet connection not available, so have your song pre-set.)
Our Kids' Open Mic has become a popular favorite, and is always full of surprises and incredible talent. Come to perform or just come to listen!
Sign-up begins at 5:30. Kids under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Every month, we offer a $10 Burger special for kids 12 & under. Bring the entire family and enjoy a night of great food and great musical fun. Please make dinner reservations early, as we often sell out.

Glen Roethel is a New York-Based, California-Born Contemporary Folk-Pop-Rock Singer-Songwriter-Entertainer, Accompanist, Producer, Arranger, Graphic Designer, Teacher and a Guitar-Player’s Guitarist.
He's known by many as the founder, creative, producer and lead guitarist for popular folk-rock trio, Gathering Time. His songs, guitar and ukulele, together with smooth, welcoming baritone/tenor vocals paint a lyrical and musical landscape dappled with energy and fun. Glen's songs are for adults and youth; he often creates on-the-fly and writes custom songs for events and occasions. When not performing his own music he entertains, drawing from a lifetime musical curriculum: more than 1,000 hit cover songs spanning 1930s-today (with special emphasis on ’50s-’80s). Glen has released 7 original CDs and his voice, songs, guitar and ukulele grace numerous compilations and recordings by artists like Sloan Wainwright, Penny Nichols, Mara Levine and others. |

Our once-monthly Open Mics are mainly Acoustic, but most styles of music are welcome. All talented artists are invited to take the stage and enjoy one of the most talked about music venues in Westchester. 
If it's the second Thursday of the month, the Sunburst Brothers will be making music at Catskill Mountain Pizza, 51 Mill Hill Road, Woodstock. Join the Brothers (John Milward and Baker Rorick), the Cousins (Chuck Cornelis and Jake Guralnick), and maybe even some other family members for two sets of country, blues, rhythm and rock. There's no cover, and no bad songs.
