Jack Grace BandThe FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
Jack Grace is a singer, songwriter and guitarist hailing from Brooklyn, NY. Simple enough, unless you happen to work in the music business. The entertainment world loves a label: character actor, avant garde painter, fill-in-the-blank musician. Jack writes for himself and plays for others. Simple enough, right?

Previous releases and tracks featured in the films “Super Troopers” and “Beer Fest” have garnered both a growing following and a steady hum of praise. His debut, Introducing the Songs of Jack Grace, was an acoustic affair, which many mistook as country. “Fine, call it country if you want,” he said at the time. “What you label it doesn’t mean all that much to me.” What mattered? There were new rules to be broken. His most recent release, Drinking Songs for Lovers, had some fine country numbers, but he added mariachi horns to give them a Latin flavor.

A consummate live performer, lyricist, singer and guitarist, Jack is at the helm of a powerhouse band.

12 Grapes Music & Wine Bar
12 North Division Street
Peekskill, NY   See Map
Ever dreamed of being in a lead singer in a band? Do you love singing into the mirror with your hairbrush as a mic? Than LBK is for you!!

12 Grapes' Live Band Karaoke is like traditional karaoke -- people choose a song from a list and sing when it's their turn-- but instead of a pre-recorded background track, the participants sing with a LIVE backing band, and even back-up singers. LBK is way more fun than singing to a pre-recorded track.

We have over 150 songs on our list, including '70s, '80s, '90s and contemporary pop/rock/soul. The list will be posted on the 12 Grapes Facebook page each month, so check it out.

Hosted by JP Patrick, with Tito Wilson on drums, Chris Burke on keys, Artie Walker on bass and Petey Hop on guitar.

If you have any questions about our LBK, feel free to call: 914-737-6624.

Opening Act!
with The Stacks, Andy Stack, Tania Elizabeth
The FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
There are many musicians that are great with words, and more still that can play with passion and versatility, but the two together are inarguably more rare.

Andy Stack and Tania Elizabeth are two such artists. Intensely musical and intuitive players, they are both known for their abilities to accompany others with amazing sensitivity and accuracy. In sharing the spotlight, they uplift each other, creating a synchronistic magic carpet ride that audiences can’t help but come along for.

Sometimes if you’re lucky, you find a person with whom you can see eye-to-eye with most of the time. Even more rarely do you meet someone who fits you so perfectly that from the first moment you meet, you can read each other so clearly as to be able to predict each move. To see the two play together, it’s obvious that there is an understanding between them, a foundation from which anything seems possible.

Gifted pianist, composer, and singer, Akie Bermiss, has been a Man of Letters since he was still in "small clothes".

Bermiss began writing music criticism in his years at Bard College, finishing with a degree in music composition. He also studied American Music (read: tin pan alley, broadway musicals, and jazz) and writing (read: wrote some bad poetry and called it good).

To his friends, he is considered a musical snob of the highest order; to his enemies — a musical charlatan of the basest variety.

Among other things he is the author of a children’s book (“I Hate to Be Sick” - Scholastic), a lover of science fiction, a huge fan of cigars, and he takes his bourbon: neat.
