 The song-writing team of Erin Hobson and Steven Ross churn out songs that surprise. This one-of-a-kind ensemble weaves tapestries of musical fare with unexpected depth and sensitivity. The duet’s live show is uplifting and textured - combining musical styles into a sound that’s totally new.
Erin Hobson (guitar/vocals) has performed nationally, opening for Blue Oyster Cult, Hoobastank, The Bret Michael Band, Dave Mason and Jakob Dylan. She is known for her poetic lyrics, masterful guitar technique and unique vocal quality is intimate while her guitar virtuosity and explosive phrasing is anything but soft. The combination often startles.
Steven W. Ross (bass/production) Multi-instrumentalist; Ross has scored and played for radio, TV and film, including two original songs in the 2010 Sundance award-winning mock rockumentary “Colin Fitz Lives!” Steven’s arrangements and “never sag, never brag” bass lines are inventive, unique melodic grooves that define The Compact’s sound.

| Twenty five year old New Hampshire based singer/songwriter Tristan Omand has stories beyond his years. They unfold in finely crafted songs, accented by an unchained, yet clear and galloping style of folk flat-picking. His latest album, “Wandering Time” marked a new chapter in his own story, as it was recorded in a glorious sounding 19th century victorian home, with a Kickstarter campaign funding the pressing of the album on vinyl. Tristan has had the pleasure of opening for acts ranging from Livingston Taylor, to Side One Dummy Records artist Audra Mae, and nationals Larry & His Flask, among many others all over the east coast, in addition to two solo tours spanning from New York to New Orleans.

 Enjoy the silky tones and fabulous laid-back music of a bygone era. "That’s Life" is a tribute to "Old Blue Eyes" and the post-war crooners of the 40's and 50's. Classic songs from Frances Albert Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole. It was music we listened to from the big valve radio, or in a smoky bar with the lights low and cocktail in hand.
NYC bartender Ben Turner will be joining Andrea behind the bar, mixing up Classic post-Prohibition Cocktails such as the Aviation, Vesper, Moscow Mule and others.

| Over the past eight years, singer/songwriter Eleanor Kleiner and French bassist Elie Brangbour have traveled the world on an adventure that began when the two met at music school in London. Full of imagery and stories of the human condition, The Whispering Tree’s songwriting is the backbone of their sound and has been heavily influenced by their travels abroad, which have taken them from South America to China.
Keyboard Magazine said The Whispering Tree "tastily combines wistful folk, mellow rock, and pinches of gypsy jazz and bluegrass into a compelling compilation of tightly written tunes" and Deli Magazine deemed them "one of the most talented duos to take stage in NYC."

 Born into a musical family, Casey has been living and playing music in the Hudson Valley for 10 years. In October of 2012 she started a Kickstarter campaign, raising money to fund her debut album. With the help of Kickstarter, and endless support from local artists and musicians, Casey was able to record her Debut album at the Clubhouse in Rhinebeck NY with Producer/world renowned guitarist Earl Slick.
This night is all about showcasing the work of a community and celebration of a CD that has been a long time coming. Casey will be welcoming many specials guests throughout the night to take the stage including family members and old friends. Sexmob 17 years strong, Sexmob is a venerable New York City music institution. The band's four founding members—Steven Bernstein, Briggan Krauss, Tony Scherr and Kenny Wolleson—defy genre, instead replacing it with their own inimitable musical language. It's fitting then that for their first new album in over seven years, Sexmob would choose to re-imagine the music of Nino Rota. It was Rota's imaginative compositions that set the tone for the surrealist films of the legendary director Federico Fellini. The Italian filmmaker once said, "My films, like my life, are summed up in circus, spaghetti, sex, and cinema." And thus accordingly Sexmob dubs their latest 'Cinema, Circus & Spaghetti (Sexmob Plays Fellini: The Music Of Nino Rota).'

 Conceived on Paris’s cosmopolitan jazz scene, forged on the road in America, and informed by international currents in electronic music, The Kandinsky Effect is a jazz power trio for the 21st century. The trans-Atlantic band, based in New York City and Paris, makes its Cuneiform debut with Synesthesia, a roller-coaster ride of an album marked by fierce grooves, subtle electronic textures, intricate metrical shifts, and a commitment to empathic group interplay.
Featuring Warren Walker on saxophone and electronics, bassist Gaël Petrina, and drummer Caleb Dolister, The Kandinsky Effect explores a distinctive swath of sonic territory, inspired by similarly electronica-laced ensembles like Kneebody and Jaga Jazzist.  Larry Kolker's songs emerge from American roots music but have a postmodern edge. Crossing folk, blues, pop, rock, soul, and jam-band, harmonized by his distinctive voice, his music has been called "urban country east-coast white-boy blues". A versatile guitar player and in demand on the blues harp, Larry has performed throughout the Northeast, the 2012 Montauk Music Festival, the Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg, and the Bob Dylan Festival at the Warwick Valley Winery. He is active in the Tribes Hill musical community.
Larry's new 10-song CD, Awful Smart Man, was released in July 2012. He and Fred Gillen Jr. co-produced the album at Woody's House studio. The album reflects a journey of love, agony, discovery, acceptance and joy. It is receiving regular play on WIOX 91.3 FM.

 Playing an eclectic mix of Pop and Rock covers, the Mike Risko Band is known for their ability to cover any tune while keeping the energy up and the party rockin'. Fronted by Mike and Miriam Risko, owners of the Mike Risko Music School and Store in Ossining, the Riskos have been educating musicians and bringing music to the area for 2 decades. Their band also features other local favorites like Ben Zebelman on keyboard, Croton pediatrician Dr Larry Baskind on bass and officer Franklin Jackson Jr on drums.
With an emphasis on female vocals, The Mike Risko Band plays an assortment of high powered Pop hits by current artists along with classic Rock tunes.

As a matter of fact, Lenny’s original reggae bagpipe tune, "The Rasta Piper" won 2nd place in World Music in the 2006 Billboard Song contest.

 Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys began over twenty years ago with a reputation for excellence. Their stunningly clean and cohesive performance of Cajun French music from the backwaters of Southwest Louisiana propelled them into the world music limelight early on, and by their third release, Trace of Time, had garnered them a Grammy nomination in the worldwide field of traditional folk music, another in 2004 for Bon Reve, in 2009 for Live at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and again in 2011 for their latest release, Grand Isle.
When all that heart and all that skill focus on the revelry of a hot two-step, then turn on a dime and deliver an a cappella ballad, then play something that sounds like Howlin’ Wolf fell in lust with a Creole girl, you’ve found the most Cajun music you can find in any one spot.

A special evening of words and music to celebrate the release of John Milward's new book, "Crossroads: How the Blues Shaped Rock 'n' Roll (and Rock Saved the Blues)." At 7:30, the author will read from the book and perform acoustic music from such artists as Muddy Waters and Robert Johnson. At 9:00, the Comfy Chair will play a set of electric blues by the artists chronicled in the book. The Chair will close the evening with some of its rock 'n' roll favorites.
