We are really looking forward to this event. We will be performing in the intimate/acoustically superb St. James Chapel (where FDR was baptized) as part of their fall concert series. We'll gather by the fireplace in the community room for a little wine and cheese first, and then proceed into the chapel for an extra mellow - but still swinging - afternoon of Lo-Fi sounds. We hope to see you there.

One caveat: Don't look for us at St. James Episcopal Church which is slightly up the road on Route 9 (we won't be there). The chapel is on Market St. in the village of Hyde Park right across the street from the post office.

CHARLIE SABIN IS A HIGH ENERGY SOLO ACOUSTIC PERFORMER THAT CAN ENTERTAIN JUST ABOUT ANY TYPE OF CROWD. HIS MUSICAL JOURNEY HAS BEEN INTERESTING TO SAY THE LEAST. FORMERLY THE LEAD VOCALISIT AND SONGWRITER FOR RCA RECORDING ARTIST BARFLY, ROADRUNNER RECORDING ARTIST TOXIK, AND THE LED ZEPPELIN SHOWS PHYSICAL GRAFITTI AND HINDENBERG, SABIN HAS WORKED WITH MULTI-PLATNIUM PRODUCERS MAX NORMAN (OZZY OSBORNE, GEORGE LYNCH), MICHAEL WAGNEER (METALLICA, EXTREME, SKID ROW), AND TOM MORRIS (SEVEN MARY THREE), WRITTEN SONGS WITH JACK PONTI (ALICE COOPER BON JOVI, INDIA ARIE), JAMIE KYLE (TRICIA YEARWOOD, HEART), AND HAS TOURED INTERNATIONALLY. ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, CHARLIE HAS ALWAYS THOUGHT OF HIMSELF AS “JUST ANOTHER WORKING MUSICIAN”, PLAYING AND SINGING STRAIGHT FROM THE HEART, WITH ATTITUDE AND CONVICTION. WEATHER IT IS A BIG STAGE OR A SMALL INTIMATE SETTING, YOU CAN EXPECT NOTHING LESS THAN 100% FROM HIM EVERY NIGHT.

This has become a monthly tradition at Aroma Thyme for the past three years. We have seen some incredibly talented acts. We are constantly amazed from locals to people that travel up to an hour to perform. ...Of course we have our regulars, which we love. And there's always a new act of some sort to welcome each month.
