When I’m not working, I love to write and sing folk, inspirational, and gospel songs with an eclectic country, folk, bluegrass, and jazz mix. My songs are from my heart, full of harmony, and inspired by family, scenery, and experiences in my life throughout the beautiful area where I live and travel. I have self-published my original inspirational songs to include folk/country, gospel, and holiday song collections. I’m Susan Dixon, and I’ve been living and raising a family in the Hudson Valley for 20 years. Music has always been an important part of my life. Pam and I started singing together about 5 years ago, when we discovered we both love accapella music. Fortunately, Pam writes her own music, so we have a lot of fun material to work with!

![]() Sunday 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm | A Celebration of George Harrison with Steve Chizmadia, Eric Puente, Paul Silverman, Seth Slater and friends Tribute | 12 Grapes Music & Wine Bar 12 North Division Street Peekskill, NY See Map |
Known as "the quiet Beatle", Harrison was only 15 when he joined the group and, although Lennon and McCartney were "the" songwriters, George wrote some of the most legendary Beatle's songs of all time: "Something", "Here Comes the Sun", "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and "Taxman" to name a few. It was Harrison who first embraced Indian mysticism in the mid 60's, bringing to pop culture the sound of sitar music. His 1971 "Concert for Bangladesh" with Ravi Shankar was the first benefit concert of this magnitude in world history. With 11 solo albums to his name, George left behind an impressive legacy as a solo artist. He was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.Steve Chizmadia hosted this event last year, and the music and vibe were incredible. Join us as we celebrate the music of George Harrison. **$5 Entertainment Fee or higher donation goes directly to the band**

| Kenn’s gifts to the rest of us are his songs, which push boundaries while recalling a time when the world was a simpler place. His music has a dreamy, simple quality that harkens back to a time when American music and life was less complicated yet just as strongly felt. Bob Dylan’s brand of acoustic rock is referenced by Kenn’s low persuasive tones, and traces of John Mellencamp are recognizable in the songs’ heartfelt quality and accessibility. The lyrics address universal themes such as love, fear, cautiousness and curiosity and speak to everyman. Even Kenn’s newest songs feel like they’ve existed forever and embody the time transcending quality of art that is truly organic. | ||

Schreiber-Noll is a deeply committed advocate for Peace. Her work traces its roots back to the passionate writings of Bertolt Brecht and others, who spoke for the rights of the downtrodden. "Only History Remains," depicts the terrors of War and the threat of ecological disaster. She creates densely painted surfaces with the addition of collage elements: wire, wood, photos and books that give a strong sense of physical presence. While her work is less concerned with beauty than with ideas, it transmits an undeniable sense of poetry and lyricism. Ilse Schreiber-Noll was born in Germany and studied at the University of Marburg, Germany. She moved to the United States to study Woodcut and The Art of the Book with Antonio Frasconi at Purchase Collage SUNY, Purchase NY. Songs from Peter Gabriel, Ozzie Ozborne, Billy Idol, The Police, The Cars, U2, The Stray Cats and more. NY music reviewer Kevin Johnston wrote this about Drew: "His guitar work is the real deal... A lot of players have forgotten what the rock solo is for, but Drew knows and he uses it to take the music to a new level." Geoff Hartwell is one of the Hudson Valley's leading slide guitarists, who often performs with rock icons such as Sonny Landreth, and tours with Andy Aledort and Grammy winner Yonrico Scott.
