12 North Division Street
Peekskill, NY   See Map
12 Grapes is extremely excited to welcome Mani Cregan back to our stage. We've missed his humor, his talent and his moving performances. His vocals go from soft to soaring. His songwriting is often touching and poignant-- songs like "Happiness Descends" and "Careful What you Wish For"-- and sometimes hilarious (you'll know those when you hear them!).

Rich Kelly is a singer, bassist and guitarist who plays solo and as a sideman in many ensembles. He's been showcased on local TV shows such as The Working Musician. Rich is a frequent performer at our Singer/Songwriter Showcases. Rich performs both originals and covers with an infectious style that keeps us, and his fans, coming back for more.

For over 20 years, Slam Allen has been entertaining audiences with his unique blend of soul and blues. Playing the famous Chitlin' Circuit as well as performing around the world, Allen's music and enthusiasm has been shared with thousands of people. For the past eight years he has played an important role, as the lead singer and guitarist, in the legendary James Cotton Band. "It's one of the highlights and privileges of my life to play with Cotton" says Allen, "He is one of the last living legends, and there's so much history there. Cotton was directly connected to Muddy Waters -- who was a major factor in the blues world as well as being one of my all time favorites. Playing with Cotton is such a great experience for me and there are things you can learn from him that you can't learn from any school. It's a great honor." Music is in Allen's blood -- he got his start from his father and uncles Allen Brothers Band. COVER CHARGE -$5.00 - 10%OFF DINNER 845-692-3227

Wrapping up another year along the Hudson...
with Don Sparks, Judith Tulloch Band, Ian Flanigan
Acoustic, Singer-Songwriter, and Americana
Saugerties Sunset Concert Series
Albany St.
Saugerties, NY   See Map
Don Sparks comes to the Hudson Valley via Southern California. His roots are in music, but for a long time acting paid the bills. You may have seen him on TV and in movies, but Don's true passion is writing and performing his warm, introspective-yet-universal songs of life, love and the human experience

The Judith Tulloch Band performs a blend of jazzy Brazilian, Latin rock, American standards, and original music. Vocals/guitar, bass, percussion, flutes, and soprano sax drive this music, which has been described as world-pop-fusion with a jazzy edge.

Ian Flanigan is one of those rare solo performers who can simply mesmerize an audience while making his mastery of the guitar look easy. Ian hails from Saugerties but his soul-folk music reflects his travels, his friendships, and his creativity.

Blues. Funk

Peekskill, NY   See Map
There's a history behind the funky name, but what's really behind Gumhead is the "funky five" that make up the band. This is one night you don't want to miss.

First there's Eric Haight on lead guitar. Mishti Roy on vocals/guitar. Anthony Candullo on drums. Rich Kelly on bass. And Chris Burke on keys. For fans who know these names, enough said.

If you haven't heard of all (or any) of these guys, take our word for it. After hosting nearly 800 live performances, trust that we know our stuff. And what we know is, these guys will bring the goods: Funky Blues played with soul, passion and talent. In a word: fun!

Playing a mix of standard and contemporary blues covers as well as some interesting original songs (like The More I Drink, The Better You Look and Wash My Blues), Shadetree Mechanics delivers high-energy fun...with songs that range from Muddy Waters and Etta James to BB King and Buddy Guy to Eric Clapton and Hendrix.

Shadetree was runner up for JSJBF, Memphis Blues competition two years in row. The band includes Mike "The Rev" on Vocals, percussion & washboard; Elmo John on Bass; Mark Redman on guitar; Looch on blues harp, Ray G on drums and Pat G on keys... and the occasional cameo by "washboard Rich". Come help us welcome Shadetree Mechanics back to our 12 Grapes stage. And get ready to dance!
