	Dan Lavoie's unique guitar style began at the age of 12 in his hometown of Pawling, NY. His biggest influence at that point was his older brother Mikie. Dan would flip his brother's right handed guitar upside down like Jimmy Hendrix and play left handed. For several years Lavoie dove deep into the music of Jimmy Hendrix, Metallica, Phish, Chet Atkins, Jerry Garcia, Eddie Van Halen and many other artists having a big impact on his soloing techniques. After performing in many bands ranging from rock, funk/jam and metal, Lavoie enrolled in the Music Performance Program at Dutchess Community College receiving his MPC with Honors studying with classical guitarist Jeff Armstrong and was accepted to Berklee College of Music. In 2001 Dan decided to go solo and began recording his first instrumental album Little Noodles. He continued writing solo pieces throughout the years but began crafting songs about his life experiences.

	Pianist, Vocalist and Songwriter, Mala Waldron, has shared the stage with Makanda Ken McIntyre, Don Braden, Jeanne Lee, Melvin Sparks, Hilton Ruiz, Bernard Purdie, Warren Smith, and others. She is a featured artist on the CDs: He's My Father (a duo with her father, jazz pianist/composer Mal Waldron) and Lullabye (a tribute to her godmother, Billie Holiday). Her most recent recording, Always There, features guitarist Steve Salerno, bassist Miriam Sullivan, and drummer/percussionist Michael T.A. Thompson. 	The band members’ musical resumes are truly impressive. On keyboards is the legendary Jon Cobert, a five-time Grammy-nominated musician who was, most famously, in John Lennon’s band during the 1970’s. On bass is Tony Tino, who has toured and recorded with Gavin DeGraw, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, Clay Aiken, Ronnie Spector, and many others. On drums is Denny McDermott who has toured with David Johansen and recorded with Donald Fagen of Steely Dan. As a guitarist and vocalist, Chris Fox headed successful bands that played hundreds of gigs in the Downtown NYC/Greenwich Village music scene of the ‘80’s and ‘90’s, including opening for nationally-known acts such as David Crosby. After taking time to work and raise a family in Chappaqua, N.Y., he is back to focusing his energies on music.
