With a voice that has been likened to Joni Mitchell, Rickie Lee Jones, the late Eva Cassidy, and even Shawn Colvin-meets-Ani DiFranco, Marji Zintz is a solo vocalist/arranger/acoustic guitarist who has performed and recorded as a soloist and in duet settings in the jazz and folk genres with various bassists (i.e., Mike Richmond, Jay Anderson, Steve Roane, Josef Pelletier) and in larger ensembles. Marji has also worked in collaboration with improvisational vocalists in a mostly a capella recording and performance project called Sister Sound and currently is also currently one third of the trio GaiaWolf, performing original "music for the planet."

 The Wicked Hangin Chads are an all original 9 piece band, combining tight rhythms with vocal harmonies to form - reggae fusion. Celia and Rick Chadwick, who've performed together for 30 years, are joined by their kids, Cole (drums) and Grace( vocals) and Jafar Manselle (djembe,percussion), one of Boston's most accomplished African drummers and founding member of One People, a Boston reggae scene staple; Kore Van Baldwin, a gifted vocalist and composer from the Ivory Coast of Africa; Bob Hoar, groovin' bassist; Taylor Migner on trumpet; and Julie Wilder (bass trombone).
With featured performances on Boston Common two years in a row , a headliner in Arlington's Regent Theatre, a very successful show in Greenwich Village in N.Y., gigs in Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, the Hudson Valley N.Y., and popular Boston area venues, the Wicked Hangin Chads are well received by audiences.

The Saugerties Lighthouse Conservancy announces their annual music festival at the lighthouse. The festival is a family-friendly, all-ages event that supports the continued preservation of the historic Saugerties Lighthouse, a landmark of the Hudson River Valley. The lighthouse is open for tours of the interior during the festival instead of the usual tour schedule on this day. The festival is scheduled "between the tides" so that the 1/2-mile trail to the lighthouse is passable throughout the event [till 7:00 PM].

Close friends since preschool, Thomas Murphy (bass/vocals) and Danny Ayala (keyboards/vocals) complete the foursome, which has been together for three years now.  Chris Barron is many things to many people: the voice of the Spin Doctors, the face of the jamband scene, an MTV superstar, an East Village troubadour, the author of some of the 1990s' most enduring radio hits, a father and a teacher. But, these days, the Spin Doctors singer is most at home when he's simply playing rock and roll. The Spin Doctors' multi-platinum debut, Pocket Full of Kryptonite, became a grassroots success story, spawning ubiquitous hits like Little Miss Can't Be Wrong, Jimmy Olsen's Blues and the chart-topping Two Princes. The group was nominated for a Grammy, scored the cover of Rolling Stone and shared the stage with luminaries like the Rolling Stones. Then, at the height of his career, Barron was diagnosed with an acute form of vocal cord paralysis. Thanks to years of hard work and some good luck, Barron's voice eventually recovered, and he slowly returned to New York's vibrant club circuit.

Chris O'Leary is one of the Hudson Valley's premier blues harp players, and his band is made up of seasoned blues musicians, including "scorching" blues guitarist Chris Vitarello. With Mike Severino on drums, Frankie Ingrao on bass, Andy Stahl and Chris DiFrancesco on sax, this band's powerful, horn-driven sets are marked by Chris wailing on harmonica.
Chris O'Leary was the lead singer and front man for Levon Helm and The Barnburners. During the 7 years that Chris and Levon played together they toured across the US lighting up stages everywhere they went. Chris has also appeared on stage with The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Jimmy Vivino, Albert Lee and Dave Edmunds, Dave Maxwell and many others.
