love music! Every kind of music can be appreciated, even if it is not enjoyed by all. My music is something soothing to relax to, or to calm you down after a bad day! I have loved music since I was a kid, and played clarinet mostly through college. I took up guitar about a year ago, and shortly there after began writing songs. Currently I'm working on an EP.

SOMEBODY’S BEEN FOOLING AROUND WITH THE FAIRY TALES

Once Upon a Time….. Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King's festival; Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk, (and later sells her for magic beans); Rapunzel, who wishes to escape the tower her mother, the witch, has locked her in, Little Red Riding Hood, who wishes to bring a basket of goodies to her grandmother, and the Baker and his Wife, who wish they could have a child, all meet "in the woods". Inspired by Bruno Bettelheim's 1976 book, The Uses of Enchantment, the musical, Into The Woods, intertwines the plots of several Brothers Grimm fairy tales and references many others to explore the consequences of the characters' wishes and quests.

With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine, Into The Woods won several Tony Awards, in a year dominated by The Phantom of the Opera, including Best Score, Best Book, and Best Actress in a Musical.

The New Guys are a hard working four piece band, playing a mix of tunes from many genre's, including Blues, R&B, and Classic Rock. They recently added a great guitar player, Bobby Mazz to the mix, opening up a whole new type of sound and expression for us. They also have been fortunate to have Gary Brooks sit in with them for the last few gigs on keys and sax. Recently, someone at a club said to them "You guys sound like a freight train in a hurricane!" That pretty much sums it up. They have been playing clubs throughout the Hudson Valley for a few years now bringing their unique music style that is refreshing and long overdue. Time to party & dance to their rocking sound at our downstairs fireside lounge. See ya there.

Led by saxophonist and Mahopac High School Band Director Rich Williams, the Secret Organ Trio's sound is rooted in the great American tradition of Hammond organ based jazz groups. The group plays soul jazz, a groove-infused style of jazz that incorporates blues, gospel and rhythm & blues. The sound is reminiscent of the great organ trios of the 1960's with some modern and original elements thrown in as well. The result is a fun atmosphere that moves people and makes everyone feel good.
