The historic election of our new President has captured the imagination of the American people and the world. Do you have hopes or concerns for our new President? This is an opportunity to let your voice be heard.
This workshop is nonpartisan and does not require you to have voted for Obama. The expectation, however, is that you will channel your feelings and concerns about the new President in a positive direction. Discussion and collaborative sessions, written and spoken exercises, and musical explorations in an atmosphere of safety and respect will support you in learning how to express your desires and vision for our President and America, culminating in a unique song to help bring that vision into reality.
The workshop is available for the low price of just $150 for the entire weekend ($120 if registered by 12/26/09). Meals and lodging are not included. |

12 Grapes is normally closed on Mondays, but on the 2nd Monday of every month we open at 6:00 for dinner
and feature a musical experience that has to be seen (and heard) to be believed. First-time patrons are blown
away by the sound and songs of this 18-piece orchestra. Classic Swing music, wonderful vocals, world-class musicians. This joint is jumpin' all night long. They're the bees knees, the cat's pajamas, a bunch of real cool cats!
