Joe Duraes is an independent artist from the lower Hudson Valley, NY.

He released his debut album "Ebb and Flow" on November 26, 2013.

Joe and his band currently perform live as "Joe Duraes & The Skills", honoring their home base in Peekskill, NY.

On Valentine's Day 2016 Joe Duraes & The Skills opened for Gin Blossoms at Paramount Hudson Valley Theater in Peekskill to a sold out crowd. NYSMusic.com said, "Though they were the opening act, their performance put them at a level where they could have been mistaken as a co-headliner instead."

Joe and "The Skills" are working on a new album.
