The Capitol Theatre, located 22 miles outside New York City in Port Chester, N.Y., is a rock palace fit for any occasion. The theatre was built in 1926, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In its distinguished history, the theatre has hosted concerts by such legends as the Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, and many more. Recently, the venue underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation creating an unparalleled concert experience. With a 2,000-person capacity, it boasts a 65-foot domed ceiling, a general admission or seated floor, elegant lobby and spacious new lobby bar, a seated balcony with VIP seating, and six presidential box suites. This bi-level venue also features state-of-the-art lighting, sound and video equipment. The Capitol Theatre is available for private events both large and small, and corporate events ranging from business meetings and seminars, to product launches, celebrations or social gatherings.
