Veteran musicians Joe Gil (trombone), Neil Alexander (organ and keyboards) and Nadav Snir-Zelniker (drums) have put together a new group called the "Thunderhead Organ Trio". The group is taking the concept of the organ trio in a new and different direction, drawing on many different influences and styles.
The group explores the grittier, rockier side of the genre referencing groups like the original Tony Williams Lifetime and mines the jazz standard repertoire for obscure gems and deep cuts. The group will be playing original tunes, jazz standards, lost classics and rare gems. | ||

Critically acclaimed actor and comedian Craig Ferguson is coming to the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater! Craig Ferguson entered the world of late night comedy following a diverse and electric career that encompasses music, film, television, and the stage. Brian "BSKi" Collazo is one of the hottest singers on the NYC music scene. Brian is most well known as frontman for Live Society, a band that recorded three albums together and were fixtures on the indie NYC circuit regularly performing at notable stages like The Bitter End and Rockwood Music Hall, among others. BSKi's latest EP "Keep It Light" was produced by Greg Mayo (Bernhoft, Brooklyn Sugar Co.). At times blending Latin rhythms with 90's R&B, Funk & Hip-Hop, he adds a tongue-in-cheek lyrical approach for a uniquely personal record. For over twenty years, Eric has been committed to composing, recording and performing contemporary American music. He plays the alto and soprano sax and the flute and is featured as a leader and sideman on more than 30 recordings. His broad range of experience with Dave Holland, McCoy Tyner, Chico Hamilton, Ronald Shannon Jackson, the World Saxophone Quartet, and John Hicks, have all contributed greatly to his mature alto and soprano sound and his skills as an arranger and composer.
