"...produced by Carlton Campbell, of Campbell Brothers Sacred Steel , Beard’s guitar work is more reminiscent of Albert King than B.B....Eye of the Witch is further proof that Chris Beard remains a force to be reckoned with on today’s blues scene." - Blues Review

http://www.chrisbeardmusic.com/

World class, modern Blues guitarist, Chris Beard, is a unique and compelling voice, using his dynamic combination of assertive vocals and an exciting guitar. Following the 80’s model of Stevie Ray Vaughan, which features a combination of traditional blues, high-energy guitar playing, and a contemporary edge.

Beard is the son of Joe Beard, a fine blues guitarist who grew up on Beale Street in the 1950’s before moving to Rochester, NY. When family friends like Matt “Guitar” Murphy and Buddy Guy stopped by, young Chris became their willing pupil.

The Restless Age is a collaboration - a harmony of Will Bryant, Lee Falco and Brandon Morrison. Each player brings a unique song and voice to the bandstand, as the trio spans generations and genres.

https://www.therestlessage.com/

The members of The Restless Age have been a premier rhythm section throughout New York’s Hudson Valley for the past half-decade. As the house band for Amy Helm's 'Oh to be Home Again' at Levon Helm Studios, they performed behind Donald Fagen, John Sebastian and Graham Nash, as well as being Kate Pierson's (The B-52's) touring band. During that same year they toured the U.S. & Canada supporting the The Waterboys and The Gipsy Kings along with fellow Hudson Valley singer-songwriter Connor Kennedy.

Lee Falco, Brandon Morrison and Will Bryant rose to national attention backing Donald Fagen of Steely Dan, as "The Nightflyers" on his 2017 national tour.

“This record is kind of about writing a record,” Mikaela Davis says.

https://www.mikaeladavis.com/

The 26-year-old is home in her native Rochester, New York, reflecting on Delivery (2018), her current full-length album, as well as the hard journey the classically trained, defiantly original harpist had to travel to become the writer and performer, she was meant to be.

Produced by Grammy-winner John Congleton (St. Vincent, Angel Olsen, David Byrne, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah), Delivery is a triumphant next chapter. “John tries to find that moment instead of the perfect take,” Mikaela says. “That made it all sound really special.”

In 2005, Ryan Montbleau and his band headed into Applehead Recording in Saugerties, New York, to cut their debut album. With nothing more than ambition and a relentless work ethic to their names, they bootstrapped the whole thing, maxing out credit cards to fund it themselves and launch their careers from the ground up.

http://www.ryanmontbleau.com

Twelve years, eleven records, thousands of shows, and 60 million Spotify streams later, Montbleau returned to the studio for a special one-night-only concert that would become the latest entry in his venerable catalog: ‘Woodstock Sessions.’

Backed not by his usual touring band, but by the acclaimed Boston duo Tall Heights (cellist Paul Wright and guitarist Tim Harrington). The collaboration yielded fresh perspective on Montbleau’s catalog.
