[Love Inside 2018] The jazz funk of the harmonically gifted and politically timely pro-immigration cut, “Free To Be (featuring Norman Brown),” spotlighting Lance Comer’s killer drums, begs to be heard live as the warm-up jam that gets the audience on their feet in concert, especially when the song pushes Webster as a singer to ever higher, emotionally righteous heights. - Soul Tracks www.lindseywebstermusic.com In 2009, Lindsey met her partner, Keith Slattery, and started performing professionally. Together, with a band of world-class musicians, they’ve performed hundreds of shows regionally, nationally and internationally. The success of her second album "You Change" and achieving the only vocally driven song to hit #1 on the Billboard Contemporary Jazz chart for four weeks, followed by her third, "Back To Your Heart". On her fourth outing - Love Inside - Webster continues a devotion to the smooth R&B and soul traditions. Love Inside: https://youtu.be/Y30oMbAUlCI

Tim Haufe with Strings: Influenced greatly by the neo-folk music prevalent in the Hudson Valley region where he grew up, Tim Haufe began playing around the area as a solo acoustic act, while maintaining a multi-instrumentalist role for his recording projects. A prolific writer, he has released seven albums to critical acclaim. Haufe's music is beautiful, soulful, dynamic, volatile, desperate, and full of hope. This evening showcases his work with a string quartet plus sax and drums rather than a traditional rock band. The Whiskey Girls duo, based in NYC, is made up of two sweetly ferocious singing cellists (vocellists!), born of finding new directions in cello. Patricia Santos and Tara Hanish, both in demand freelance cellists, met in 2009 while attending the New Directions Cello Festival in Ithaca, NY. The Whiskey Girls mix original compositions and stylized covers ranging from folk to blues to art-pop. More info
