| A native of Hartford, CT, Alli Millstein singer/songwriter is one of the Indie scene's emerging artists. More recently, Alli has brought her unique vocal and guitar melodies not only to coffeehouse and pubs in the Hartford area, but also to legendary venues in NYC, including Kenny’s Steele releases the first full-length CD, "Come Home" at the end of June this year. This effort is the result of more than a year of being in and out of the studio, bringing a range of musicians and different sounds to the soulful lyrics and driving rhythmic guitar that has become a trademark of Bethel's music. The album has tastes of a country upbringing, dashes of pop and rock, but is nailed in the folk genre. "'Come Home' is a reflection on my moving to Boston," Steele reveals, "I was torn between wanting to be out in the country with the open fields and wanting to have a community to be a part of, both musically and otherwise."

With you or even the whole audience singing along, all the songs will come to life — like a piano bar without the bar, or karaoke but with a real, live musician taking your requests.
There are few better ways for a lot of people to have a whole lot of fun together. And with a potluck going on at the same time, you can enjoy dinner and a show!  Vaneese Thomas' many talents have made her a sought-after solo performer as well as a desired vocalist, contributing to the projects and performances of Luciano Pavarotti, Sting, Stevie Wonder, Natalie Cole, BB King, Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, Joe Cocker, Celine Dion, Annie Lennox, Patti LaBelle ...and Aretha Franklin rarely performs without her! Vaneese's mission is to continue the legacy set by her influential father, legendary R&B musician Rufus Thomas, but she has also cultivated her own style by blending all the influences of her background: R&B, gospel, blues and jazz. In addition to singing (she had a Top Ten R&B hit herself in 1987 – Let's Talk it Over), Vaneese has produced recordings, created vocal arrangements and written songs for Dianna Ross, Patti Austin, Freddie Jackson and Larry Coryell, also working with renowned producer Phil Ramone along the way. Williams' credits for movies & TV include Hercules, Anastasia, The First Wives Club and Everyone Says I Love You.

 Usher in spring with a guided nature walk at a variety of ecologically rich habitats: The Great Vly Wildlife Management area, Esopus Bend Nature Preserver and Saugerties Lighthouse Trail, time and conditions permitting.
Meet 8:00 a.m. in the Saugerties Village Beach parking lot on Rte. 9W, just north of the Esopus Creek bridge, at the foot of Partition Street in the Village of Saugerties. Participants can carpool and stay for the duration, or drive to each location and leave whenever necessary.
Bring binoculars, field guides, and spotting scopes if you have them, and be prepared for wet, muddy trails, and early spring weather conditions. Light rain often makes for excellent birding and nature observation, but in the event of heavy rain, the walk will be cancelled. Children are welcome and encouraged, but please do not bring pets.
Contact the field trip leader, Steve Chorvas (schorvas@verizon.net) for additional information or directions. This ECC Environmental Education walk is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is not required.

Joshua Morris began performing classical music at an early age with his father, mother, brother and sister, he began performing around the south, and the Morris Family became well known for their beautiful Irish harmonies. Later, Joshua expanded his musical repertoire to include rock and roll, drawing on his classical and Irish background, and with his band Sinclair, released the album Stories of this Land in 2002. Joshua recorded and produced the 2004 Morris Family release Farewell to Summer.
After moving to Beacon, NY in 2008, Joshua has continued his musical ambitions, melding his voice, violin and guitar into a solo act adept in both faithful traditional tunes as well as improvised original work.
Joshua currently designs recording studios and other acoustically-sensitive spaces for Walters-Storyk Design Group in Highland, NY.

Jerry Joseph got his start in music in the '80s when he led the reggae/rock band Little Women which ruled the Rocky Mountain club circuit for most of the '80s. Jerry Joseph's new songs have been described as "intimate masterpieces" that reveal the sights and sounds of life lived on the road. Joseph's successful career has included musical collaborations with Vic Chesnutt, Pete Droge and Dave Schools (Widespread Panic, J. Mascis and the Fog), as well as producers such as Terry Manning (Led Zeppelin) and John Keane (R.E.M., 10,000 Maniacs). Joseph has also shared the stage with the likes of Neil Young, The Flaming Lips and David Lindley.

Together the trio creates a vibe that is "engaging, relentlessly honest, and ass-kicking". Their harmonies will stop you cold.
Kathleen has been featured on WFUV's New Music Mondays with her new CD "Learning to Listen Again". Winner of The New York City Song Slam, Kathleen has played at venues in and around NYC including The Bitter End, The Knitting Factory, The Cutting Room, and "Live on Stage" at the World Trade Center concert series. In a review in The New York Times: "Winning melodies in the folk-pop vein delivered with strong supple vocals made Ms. Pemble's music compelling."

 Jon Pousette-Dart formed the Pousette-Dart Band in 1973, working the same
musical territory as the Eagles, James Taylor and Little Feat. The band released 4 albums with Capitol Records, had Billboard chart action with the hits “For Love,” “Amnesia,” and “County Line,” and toured the U.S. working with The Byrds, Bonnie Raitt, Peter Frampton, Yes, the J.Geils Band, Jonathan Edwards, Charlie Daniels Band, Manfred Mann, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Journey, Father Guido Sarducci, Emmylou Harris and Randy Newman, among others.
Since then, Jon has established himself as a respected songwriter in collaborations with Al Anderson, Gary Burr, Darrell Scott, Jennifer Kimball and Kostas. He also works in film & TV, contributing to the History Channel and ABC’s “Lost.” Jon has released 3 more albums, with another in the works.

 Blues guitarist-singer Debbie Davies first gained widespread notice during her three years with the late Albert Collins' band, The Icebreakers. Her roles included solo & rhythm guitar, vocalist and guitar "duelist" with Collins, who called her "a great guitar player who sure can play the blues." She has worked with blues icons like B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray, Koko Taylor and John Mayall (who gave her a rare and unequivocal endorsement). Her gritty vocals and searing guitar work have drawn comparisons to Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
