After many years of playing together in various combinations, this trio was formed to realize its potential within a common theme. Honesty.

Those in the worldwide community are well aware of their accomplishments over the decades. Artists such as Paul Motion, Wadada Leo Smith, Anthony Braxton, Barry Altchul, Dave Douglas, Gary Peacock, Brenda Bufalino, Karl Berger, Ahmad Jamal and a host of others have had the good fortune to collaborate with these three extraordinary musicians, who have left an indelible mark on the history of jazz and improvised music.

With the Sept 2018 release of “Dreamstruck” on the Not Two label, the trio of Harvey Sorgen - Joe Fonda - Marilyn Crispell Trio will be on tour worldwide promoting the new album .
