The Big Band Sound 20-piece jazz orchestra will be appearing at the New City Library in concert on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend and it's their 17th year of performing at the library! The concert will be held on the library lawn from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the concert will move inside if it should rain. Bring your lawn chairs: Admission is Free. Call (845) 634-4997 for more information. Directions: From the Bear Mountain Bridge, take the Palisades Parkway south to Exit 11. Turn left onto New Hempstead Rd. Go 2 miles to the end of the road and turn left onto North Main St.Go 0.7 miles, turn right onto Squadron Blvd. and then immediately turn left into the Library's parking lot.
